I destroyed my mouth in a mountain biking accident. Dr Cassar came and saw me in ER and immediately took me to surgery. It was rough but he took great care of me. Five months later, most people can’t even tell that anything ever happened to my face. He is careful and precise and gives you hope that healing will happen, it just takes time. He is my hero, that’s cheesy but I don’t care. He is gifted with healing hands.

Recently, I have had surgery by Dr.Cassar I had both hands done and now I had my ulcer nerve done on my right elbow . Dr. Cassar was great. The surgery went well and I’m on my way to healing. Thank you very much Dr. Cassar

Just saw him last week. Very pleasant, gave me great instructions, and thoroughly explained everything. Luckily I will heal, it will just take time. Offered if I had any concerns to contact him.

I am currently seeing this doctor, but he should retire with all the mistakes he has done and not taken responsibility. Consults with other doctors and manipulates the outcome.

I had a follow up appointment yesterday at Dr. Cassar's office and told him that I had declared myself President of the Dr. Cassar Fan Club. He laughed and said he didn't think there was one. I told him there should be! Cancer is a scary word to hear even if it is the most innocuous type. Dr. Cassar removed a lesion from my face a short while ago which required 21 stitches above my eye. Now, well into healing the scar is practically non existent and it looks like I have had a brow lift. It was so well done - I want him to do the other eye. Dr. Cassar is professional, understanding and thorough. Couple that with his kind, reassuring manner and his skill and I feel blessed to have benefited from a referral to him. Setting aside the skin cancer surgery and the informative follow ups (both at his office and at the Clinic in the hospital) he was also candid and direct in his comments when I started to ask him about a few "vanity" tweaks I would like to explore. Dr. Cassar performed trigger finger surgery on my left hand in late May and my finger and hand responded very well. Dr. Cassar listens to your issues and he expects you to listen to his directions to make a proper recovery. His staff and medical assistants were great! Follow up appointments were made for stitch removal and then again for finger mobility 6 weeks later.

Had carpal tunnel surgery a year ago, my hand was 99.9% before the surgery, now it’s 70%. It feels like a broken hand even now. Still can’t use it. Now he wants me to have the other hand done. Are you f$+/&-%$ kidding me? He said it was my fault when I fainted that I broke tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, not RSD. The swelling , pain, sensitiveity started before I fell. Now the insurance company want me back at work. NOT! Terrible job. Will not take responsibility to his mistake, and will blame you.
