The staff is terrible. They are very unhelpful and refuse to return telephone calls. They send you an appointment card in the mail and if you have a conflict with that date and time you will have to wait even longer. They do not consult you over the phone. As someone else stated they are rude. I agree they are highly unprofessional. They just don't want to deal with you personally on the phone and they have a take it or leave it attitude.

I have seen this Dr Mullin 3 times total for a neck condition, I eventually will have to have surgery, he does a very through exam answering all my questions. Of the 3 visits I have never had to wait more than 40 minutes, 2 of the visits no wait at all. His staff has always been very nice and chipper. I rated him very highly because I think highly of him. It should be noted that at the time of this review I have NOT had surgery to be able to rate his neuro surgical skills

I have a congenital spinal disorder. Dr Mullin has been awesome. In total I have had 7 fusion surgeries. After marginal results he did the last 3. All but 5 vertebrae are fused in my spine and I am currently with only moderate pain. Mostly stiff from the fusions. I highly recommend Dr Mullin.

Best ever. All aspect are good and yes there are delays but, that happens when you have a through doctor. That is fine with me. I have had three Brain operations so far I wouldn't change a thing.

After waiting several weeks to see this dr, his office called to cancel the appt less than 48 hrs prior to the appt time. Only one day was offered within the next month to reschedule. This is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this dr.

Been to see Dr. Mullins on several occasions and about to make another appointment for a different condition from before. He will answer every question you have and sits to talk to you, very important to me. I travel about 2 hrs but would not trust any other doctor.

Dr Mullin has been treating me for a chronic brain disorder for 7 years. I travel fro Dayton Ohio to Columbus Ohio because he truly is the best in the business. Yes, I will admit that his office staff CAN at times be difficult and office visits Can run well behind schedule. But, Dr Mullin runs behind because you are the only patient he has when you're with him. He never never rushes through a consultation and he NEVER leaves until all questions are answered and we are on the same page. I have NEVER been passed off to a physician's assistant or a nurse. He has opererated on me 10 times (including 8 brain surgeries and 2 spinal chord surgeries) and as my chronic disorder leads to ongoing problems, there IS NO OTHER NEUROSURGEON that I want caring for me!

Dr. Mullins was very helpful in his diagnosis. He is very truthful and won't try to avoid the topic. I have recommended several people to see him
