Dr. Prins has been my doctor since I was a young child, she is now the doctor of myself and my two young daughters. She is thorough, caring and she listens. She does not jump to a diagnosis, she investigates and orders proper testing. She isn't afraid to refer to specialists when indicated, and she certainly is a professional when advocating for patient care. I can state that over the last 30 years in her care, she never made me feel incompetent. She genuinely cares for my family, and she is excited for our milestones in health, and our future. We are blessed to have her in the community of Chatham Kent, and we are hopeful that her and her husband Len stick with us for more years to come.

I find Clair and her staff to be very judgemental, every time I go in to the office she makes me feel judged and small. She’s tried to get rid of me a few times for no reason and every time I want to come in she tries to send me else where. My family have since left her place of practice because they haven’t had good experiences with her but it is very hard to find another family doctor so close to home I decided to stick it out. We will see what happens next.

Claire Prins should not be practicing medicine. She should not be allowed to be bear women. She is one horrible disgusting human being. I was a patient and went to her for help, She reported me to CPS AND they found no reason for investigating me. This woman is a shameful human being and I will welcome any liable or slander Suite if it means letting others know this deplorable misogynist without any compassion or emotional intelligence. Do not seek this horrible pos out.

Very caring and compassionate doctor!! She has been my doctor for about 26 years now and I find her great to talk to and feel comfortable having her as my doctor .Everyone is so friendly in the office as well!!

Claire is an excellent Doctor. I have been her patient as well as Len's, since I was a toddler. Now being an adult, I am still in her care and greatful she stays in Ridgetown. She takes all my medical concerns seriously, and always is in my corner in regards to investigation and proper test ordering. I appreciate her dedication, and how she always follows appropriate medical protocol, and proper followup on results. If I am in an emergency, she always can fit me in promptly. I cannot say one bad thing about her office, I hope to have her for many more years.

Dr. Prins has been our Family Doctor for over 15 years. She has always been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional and we consider ourselves very, very fortunate to have her as our primary care Doctor. She is very easy to talk to and never hesitates to refer to specialists etc where warranted . Her staff are always very friendly, helpful and accommodating as well.....

I have had Claire ever since she gained her practice here in town. I have never had any problems with her...shes very caring and concerned about my family!! Always takes the time to ask how everyone is doing,Best doctor i have known!! Keep up the great work!!

I love this doctor. I had 2 previous family doctors during my younger years, and this one tops them all. She is spot on, tells things how they are and goes out of her way to help you. She is wonderful with my daughter as well. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had a not so great experience once. She is not my usual doctor but once when I took my son in for an ear infection, she treated me poorly (snappy comments, dismissive). I think it was because I look alot younger than I am and she has a prejudice against young people with children (I was actually 26 with a 2 year old but like I said, I look young). A few other people have relayed similar experiences. As for her knowledge, I can't complain and the staff is really great!

this doctor is very smart. She gets right on top of things and sends you to a specialist if it is warranted.
