This doctor was extremely rude and dismissive when my wife tried to ask him some questions concerning what had happened to her. He simply stopped her by saying "end of story". He also had no problems criticising the other doctors she saw previously to him. My wife knows the importance of a specialist's time and how busy they are, but there was no excuse for his behavior. It became a waste of my wife's time and effort to seek advise from this doctor.

I trust this man with my life. Best I have ever had the pleasure to have. He will do everything he can to help you. He has my eternal respect. Knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. His concern is YOU, He cares about your feeling, problems and pain.

Excellent physician. Saw me right away in the ER, and called me at home twice over the next few days to check on me. Arranged to fast track an MRI for me, and saw me in his office right after. Super impressed with how much time he spent with me, and his compassion. A very kind man and a credit to his profession. Others have said he is "cold"-definitely not my experience. He is clear and to the point, which I appreciate.

Very brusque, cold. I don't need someone to hold my hand but a little compassion and a decent bedside manner would be nice. Basically dumped me on the ms nurse. Even she wasn't super helpful.

After an MRI showed lesions on my frontal and parietal lobes I was referred to Dr. Heinrichs who noted my numbness and weakness in limbs and the trembling, dismissed my three week long headache and basically what I got out of the appointment was that if I have an attack he can see happening on an MRI he'll diagnose so if I lose feeling or mobility or my vision I should schedule an MRI.

Was refered to Heinrichs this Aug 2016,found him to be very blunt, uncaring, very old school way of thinking, felt very rushed threw my apt, very close minded and could go on! Would never recommend this so called professional to anyone.
