Very nice doctor, and knowledgable. Was very professional, got my MRI done STAT. He was quick to follow up, and get me into his office to discuss findings, and to educate on treatment plan. Thank you to him and his staff (office and MS Clinic in Red Deer. If you have MS, He's the Doctor to see.

This man was the worst doctor I’ve ever dealt with in my life. This doctor is arrogant, rude, condescending and very disrespectful towards women especially when they’re alone. He will not allow you to discuss your symptoms and if you can get a word in without him cutting you off he simply disregards and tells you that your symptoms have nothing to do with an actual diagnosis. He tells you he can’t help, won’t help you which is fine but at least send people to someone who can help them. If you don’t fit the text book diagnosis requirements he just literally tells you he can’t help you and to leave his office. Even if you’re still trying to talk to him. I’ve never seen a doctor belittle women the way this man does. Do not ever go see this doctor alone, ever if you have no choice but to see him. He has zero compassion and if you even see it for a second it’s fake and he quickly goes back to being terrible. He hates his job and needs to retire. You can tell he’s got a godlike persona and is no longer in his line of work to help people. He’s there to make a quick buck and if it isn’t easy to diagnose you, he then throws you out the door and won’t even give you the time of day. I’m shocked to see any good reviews on here at all. Go to anyone else if you can!!!!!

This Doctor was amazing. He really fought to get tests and treatment done rapidly. I really feel that my husband was in the best possible hand. He can be blunt and isn't a hand holder but that's not what we were looking for. He also returned calls and answered all questions. I would highly recommend this Doctor to everyone.

I was very impressed. He asked me a lot of questions and actually listened to what I had to say and took notes. I did not interact much with reception but they did a reminder call before my appointment were pleasant and let me know when I got there that the doctor would be late due to an emergency at the hospital. He was only 30 minutes late, that's less time than I wait for my gp! Overall very happy with my visit

Dr. Heinrich was very professional and made sure that my needs were taken care of..could not believe how fast he had an MRI and surgeon arranged . His staff are so great also!

He seems to treat his job like 'he just works there'. It's not the right attitude for a doctor. He literally answered no questions besides 'How are you?' It was very disappointing but it was on time.

This dr has absolutely zero bedside manner. Refused to listen to anything I had to say and when I called him out on what he called was a “faint” to be absolutely untrue as you don’t stay Conscience when you faint he said ok a pre fixed faint 🤔 nope no such thing. Then when my phone rang he said when I am speaking you will shut that off. Ok your honorar. Absolutely rude and we left with zero knowledge of what had happened. Wouldn’t let him look over my kids stuffed animals.

I have found Dr Heinrichs to be quite knowledgeable and caring. He took the time to explain to me what was happening to me. He told me what the medications I was taking would do. and the history of the meds He has helped me with my health. I would recommend him to a friend.

This doctor was extremely rude and dismissive when my wife tried to ask him some questions concerning what had happened to her. He simply stopped her by saying "end of story". He also had no problems criticising the other doctors she saw previously to him. My wife knows the importance of a specialist's time and how busy they are, but there was no excuse for his behavior. It became a waste of my wife's time and effort to seek advise from this doctor.
