Dr. Chris needs to understand that when a patient comes to him it's because they have a concern - they're in pain - they're uncomfortable - they may be scared and they need for Dr. Chris to be their doctor. They need for him to help them whether he thinks it's serious or not. They don't need his flippant dismissals - his off the cuff diagnosis or his outright refusal to do something. I understand that there will always be those frequent flyers but the majority of us need to have the reassurance and faith in our doctor and that's missing wih Dr. Chris,
