Poor bedside manner but diagnosed my husbands problem very quickly and referred him to a specialist in Toronto. He did take time to explain the exrays and diagnosis to us and answered any questions we had at our appointments. Unfortunately, losing his son recently has really affected him and it shows in the extreme change in his demeaner

Knew I was in the wrong place when I walked in and saw all the medications on his desk...it seemed to be just a matter of which one to prescribe...he lost his son this year, so I will stop criticizing there.

This doctor misdiagnosed a dear friend with COPD for over a year, never ordering new or different tests (simple x-ray would have helped). My friend ended up in Toronto unable to breathe. Testing done on the spot that day (Sunnybrook) revealed lung cancer, to far gone to operate. My friend was always brushed off by this doctor, told it was COPD and there was nothing that could be done, never repeated a test to see if status had changed. Sad sad story. I would never use or recommend this doctor

Breathing continued to worsen under his care. Took a cardiologist to discover that I had a large amount of fluid on lungs. All x-rays showed continuing fluid buildup yet was given stronger asthma meds. Card. made referral to lung surgeon and ended up in surgery.

Very uncommunicative with patient and avoids meeting with family members. Failed to follow-up on patient inquiries. In-appropriate drug administered, (apparently for pain but patient had no pain).
