Dr. Glendinning is the most compassionate, caring doctor ever. I have been going to her for over 20 years and not once has she treated me (or any or my family members) with anything but professionalism, and the utmost consideration and kindness. My friends are jealous she isn't taking new patients and only wish they had someone like her to treat them.

Dr. Karan Glendenning is the most unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful doctor I have ever seen. I understand we are in the middle of the pandemic but a little compassion goes a long way. My 18-year-old son was sick for almost a month we went to her the first time and she took a quick look at him and prescribed antibiotics. A week later he was getting worse and we went back- on the advice of urgent care. I went in with him as I was really concerned. She looked at him, quickly checked his ears and throat, and said it was likely another virus and there is nothing they could do. I stepped in and told her I was concerned as it has been a significant amount of time he has been sick. She reluctantly (and rudely) gave us a form to get bloodwork, all the while making us feel as if we were overreacting. She actually said to him " you don't look like a sick person" ... what doctor says something like that!! He is 18, and it is hard enough for him to admit he needs help, he hasn't been to a doctor for the last 8 years because he is a healthy individual and wouldn't go just for a little cold or flu, all of which I told her. He went home feeling like no one cared he was hurting and sick, she made him feel like he was lying about his sickness- she should be ashamed. The next morning, before we could even get the bloodwork, he was rushed to the hospital. He was diagnosed with Mono, and all she had to do was a quick feel of his stomach - to which she would have found out his spleen was enlarged - it took the doctors at the hospital no more than 10 minutes to figure it out and then did blood work to confirm. She should not be in this profession, just seeing the difference between the doctors at the hospital, who were so caring and LISTENED to my son, vs her who just wanted to get him out of her office- it was night and day.

Wasn't helpful at all and was very rude when I asked her questions. She need to take a chill pill and be nicer to her patients. It is hard enough we are dealing with a pandemic..but at least have some courtesy toward her patients, especially ones she had for years... She isn't the same doctor she was years ago. Doesn't have the same patiences... Time to find another doctors who cares enough to take the time to talk and not look at her watch like we are taking up he precious time.

Dr Glendinning saw me quickly, and asked several questions, she was gentle and patient. She did not race for a quick answer, nor did she attempt to diagnose quickly. She also stated that preventative medicine is very important, as it has been some time since I had a thorough checkup.A good reminder!

Extremely rude and arrogant. No introduction to myself or my child she was to treat. Was very concerned and worried about catching COVID from us. I may suggest she take a leave of absence as her fears brought into the room I did not appreciate especially for my young child to see from a medical professional. I’d encourage her to educate herself on the latest findings/data in regards to Covid 19. She also made an error with our prescription. I would encourage people to get a second opinion.

I always feel like Dr. Glendenning is really listening and cares for me as a person. She takes the time to go that little extra that so few people do today.

Only downside is staff don't prioritize when you need to get in due to urgent health issue they just say no apt for 3 weeks then patients end up having to seek care elsewhere
