Best doctor and staff! Doctor Jone, has been there from the vet and always takes the time to listen and acts immediately when it comes to my needs and health. I hope she never retires, the rest of her team is also wonderful and amazing. Only request would be, do not send me back to Dr. Feng!

Started seeing Dr Jones with my first pregnancy and continued seeing her through all three babies and onward. She and Dr Amundsen now treat our entire family. Practical, compassionate, patient centered, knowledgeable. Absolutely love them both. One receptionist was quite prickly but the new one is fantastic.

I’ve had Dr Jones as my physician for about 18 years. She’s always been amazing and in particular went above and beyond in determining that I was in undetected preterm labour, resulting in the ultimate safe delivery of my extremely premature son. Her rotations allowed her to be present the day of his birth and her calm professional presence in the surgery and after during his long NICU stay meant everything. Thanks to her (and our amazing NICU team) we have a completely healthy teenager today and she is still both his and my primary care doctor. We’re so lucky to have her!

The Reception Staff— particularly Debby Rispin makes for a terrible experience. Shockingly rude, blunt, and incompetent. Considering this is the first person you encounter whether on the phone or in office you would expect this interaction to be pleasant and professional. However, this is not the case. Reception's lack of professionalism and inability to effectively communicate with patients is astounding. More specifically, Debby's inability to possess interpersonal and customer service skills makes me question how one could possibly be employed in such an environment. In order for patients to feel as though their experience reflects the kind professionalism and competence of the Doctors in this office, I highly recommend having reception staff that are able to also reflect these values.

Dr. Jones is the best doctor I’ve ever had! Very to the point and knowledgeable. I currently have her as my maternity doctor and I had her the last time I was pregnant. I just REALLY wish she was taking new patients for her general practice.
