Dr Heeg is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He always makes you feel comfortable and ensures he spends the time with you at each appointment. It truly is sad the receptionists ruin that experience. After years of being a patient they have continued to be rude and unpleasant weather it’s in the clinic or while trying to schedule an appointment. There has been numerous times I’ve seen the line crossed with patient confidentiality and professionalism.
