Sketchy! I thought I was going to get my results in the mail or over the phone. They said I had to go in to get the results and it's going to cost $95. They said it was because of "HIPPA." I called my insurance and they called the office. Not too long after, I got a call from the office and they said they'd email them to me. However, based on reviews I read, I doubt I'll believe their accuracy.

This was one of the most horrible experiences in my life! I had to sue Dr dinsay for breach of contract and I won the case. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. Stay far away.

I felt scammed by Dinsay and her office. They did a IUI for me and my husband 48 hours after I had ovulated because I ovulated on the weekend and she was busy. Total waste of money and unnecessary stress. Lots of turnover of office staff (possibly because she's very rude to them in front of patients).

I would need 3 pages to explain why thus place is not recommended. Horrible customer service front desk. No one communicates. Promises are broken. Doesn't follow through with patient at all. Extremely hard to get through by email or phone calls. I'm beyond frustrated with the lack customer service.

Horrible. My husband got a sperm analysis done and they reschedule him twice. When he finally got there for his appointment, they forgot he even had an appointment but said they would "squeeze him in." Dr. Dinsay said she would do the results right then while my husband waited. She gave him all the numbers that we required to go forward. A week later we asked to have his results faxed over to his primary doctor and they refused so my husband said he would go to their office and pick up a copy to take to his primary doctor. They gave him the go around for a couple of days. Finally, they made an appointment so my husband could get a copy of his results. When he arrived at the decided time (a normal business day, during normal hours) there was no one there. We now think his test might not have been done at all and they gave my husband "results" so we would go away. HORRIBLE!! If you are looking for a responsible doctor don't go here. So unorganized and rude. Waste of time and a waste of money.

Do not! Waste your time here! She is very quick to get your money. Then gives you wrong diagnosis! Like you're pregnant, oh wait! No you're not! Blames the laboratory! Kept me waiting and waiting for results when she knew I really wasnt pregnant! Treats her staff horrible in front of patients including myself. Dr needs to go back to med school and learn how to be a Dr. Or simply learn how to give accurate results. Im sure her staff would've done a better job of that.

Extremely rude staff, difficult to get ahold of anyone, and they sent me bills "by mistake" months after I had paid in full. Very unorganized. Worst of all, Dr. Dinsay uses medical terminology as if I understand and didn't tell me about my full condition until my husband came with my to an appointment and asked 20 questions. Awful, awful. I'll never go back.

Dr. Dinsay's staff was supportive, caring and encouraging.We truly appreciated how they treated us. If you want to feel like more than just a patient, go there!
