Dr. Dinsay is highly unprofessional, and has the poorest bedside manner I have ever witnessed in a doctor. She came into the office sick, forgot she had performed a surgery on me not one week after she performed the surgery, and would not respond to phone calls, or see me to answer questions during office visits. The nurses prescribed the amount of meds for me to take, she did not. We witnessed other patients who were over medicated and therefore wasted an entire cycle. And now, over a year and a half later, we get a bill in the mail for over 7k of services that were paid for PRIOR to implantation of the SINGLE embryo that Dinsay was able to get from me. Additionally, she is not a certified endocrinologist and is not qualified to be practicing this type of medicine.

They tell you that your insurance is fully covers procedure to go ahead with it, then send you a huge bill for $3,577. I had 4 IUI with dr. Dinsay, NONE of them worked! She is incompetent, office staff is unprofessional. Save your money and time and go elswhere where they know what they doing. The good reviews(5's)must be from friends and relatives.

Dr. Dinsay is an awful and insensitive person. All she cares about is money-plain and simple! When you first meet her, she seems to care, but that’s only to suck you in, so that she can get your money. She recommends all these tests, but doesn’t let you know that results of any of them as you take them. My insurance company covered a few tests, but when I decided to go with a more qualified and professional doctor, she sent me a bill for over $500. She is incredibly deceitful. I recently found out that she implanted dead sperm, so that she could say that IVF didn’t work and she could charge you another fee to try again. Please don’t waste your time or money. If you go to Dr. Dinsay, I can promise you that you will be another person writing about your horrible experience with her and warning others not to go to her.

She has problems speaking, you feel like you are pulling info out of her. terrible staff and many cases that would be considered questionable for why they did not succeed. don't wast your money with her.

Obtaining Dr. Dinsay's services was the worse thing that has ever happened to me. When I first went to her she appeared to be nice and professional. Then after she got my money she changed on me. She was rude, uncaring and insensitive. She was not honest and did not fully answer questions. In my opinion, Dr. Dinsay is involved in this profession strictly for the money. I would not recommend her to nobody.

Dr.Roselyn Dinsay is an incomptent infertility doctor doest not have compassionate care to her patients and her staff was not accomodating and professional with dealing with customer care. She should look at his/her patients as a whole, practice holistic care, not as an individual,make herself transparent and have emphathy to her patient to gain the trust of her/his patient.

Did not have a good experience with this Dr. Any time I asked a question she spoke down to me as if I was dumb. Does not explain things well. She would tell me that my blood levels were high but did not tell me what that meant and when I asked would talk around my question. Staff was very forgetful, on more than one occassion I had to remind them that the doctor had just asked for my blood to be drawn or for a Rx. I would leave messages and they would not be returned. I do not feel Dr. Dinsay is very personable. I feel like for her it is first and foremost about charging the patient and collecting her money and the patient is secondary. I would not recommend her to anyone. I plan to find a new specialist soon.

Never heard from her again after my HSG Procedure! NO follow-up from her! No phone calls from her!! Poor Office Practice! Only met her once and gave me very limited info! She could hardly talk! It has been a year now and I have a hard time getting my medical records! I had to file complaint to Medical Board of California!

Dr. Dinsay is one of the two best physician we have met and our experiences and outcome were very positive. Honestly, even if we had negative outcome, I would still be writing the same review for her as we just loved her a very compassionate, caring and great physician. She was only twice a little late and we were three times fairly late in getting to her office. I would wait for her as long as I have to. We were very satisfied and we would refer any of our family and friends to her.
