Rachel is super nice and helpful, so is other nurse that I never caught her name. Dr Moss is pretty good but I feel (just a feeling) that he's a bit racist against us.

He is not near the dr he used to be. He shows lack or respect for the patient! He is in a rush all the time. Does NOT listen and just proceeds to tell you with arrogance what he believes but he has OLD views. Go back to school and get a new personality!!!!

Dr Moss isn't warm and fuzzy. He is however knowledgeable, doesn't miss a thing and has children's best interest at heart and knows what he's doing. His office also NEVER turns away a sick child. who needs to be seen. None of this wait a week with a 40 fever and take your kid to emerg bc your doctor can't see you until next week. This means his time is tight. He makes the most of it. No warm and fuzzy, no chit chat but he answers questions and is curt. His sense of humour isn't for everyone but am happy to overlook it bc he is my child's doctor, not my friend. I also saw a different side of him once when we were the very last appointment of the day. A lot more time spent with us, some chit chat and playfulness with my child.

Told me to give my 6 week old water, "as much as he wants". My newborn was not even on the growth chart, that's how small he was. Also pokes my child and immediately walks away.

Seriously someone needs to contact the medical association. My experiences are identical. Zero compassion, zero knowledge or insight provided. Did the guy buy his degree online. Someone needs to investigate his practice before he injures a child. Will not mine though. Moving Uber quick as fast as I can.

I'm sitting here contemplating whether or not I should look for another Ped. Moss' ability to show compassion and understanding for first time parents really leaves a lot to be desired. He's usually in an egotistical, and sarcastic behavior, always delivering punch lines at the wrong times, when you're truly trying to figure out what's best for my daughter, or even trying to understand what the message was through his ill jokes. I find it very difficult to be on his wavelength and try to understand him, because ultimately he's the type of person who won't take the time to be on yours and try to help you understand a situation. I feel like he's always in a hurry to getting you out. Plain and simple. Some people are fine with his methods, others like myself operate on a different level.

We never had any issues with the staff, always polite and courteous. In fact, they're usually the ones who remember you from prior visitations rather than Moss. On one of our visits, he came into the room and acted as if it was the first time seeing him, having no recollection of our prior visitations.

Anyways, I'm going to put more effort into trying to work with him before we drop him. I suppose my most memorable experience with him was then he stabbed my daughter with her first vaccine shot. I don't think I can ever get that image out of my head. Maybe it's time that I move on....

He seems to be a very narcissistic person. Doesn’t really pay attention to the child. His secretary Rachel doesn’t seem to be very empathetic towards children either. Very disappointing

I NEVER leave negative reviews for a person, but when you have pretty awful visits time and time again, I can't help but leave one. I'm sure he has a wealth of knowledge but never does he ever share them with his patients (or at least with us). Gives us one word answers, dismisses our worries, and has a dry and sometimes rude sense of humour. Anyways, I took my 6 week old and got told he was overeating , then I took him again and was told he wasn't gaining any weight. Culprit: their stupid weighing table that gives all sorts of numbers (they also expect you to weigh your child and get the numbers without any nurse supervising, how accountable is that). Another visit he gave my son three shots and left, didn't even give us anything to wipe away his blood...like what the fudge? Do yourself a favour and find a different pediatrician.
