Dr Moss has been looking after my daughter as her doctor for 10 years. He is a hardworking doctor. Always answers questions. He looks after the health and best interests of children. Deep down he wants what’s best for them even if it means us as parents to hear the criticism. I always take what he says and use it as good advice to help my child. My daughter is ten years old and is doing great!!

I see some negative comments and i don't know if they see the same doctor. I have had Dr. Moss for both my kids since birth ( now 10 &12), and he has been nothing less than great. he does have his sense of humor might rub some people the wrong way, but is always professional and will take the time and provide the care that is needed. I can't say enough about his staff, Rachel and Debbie. last minute emergency, they will accommodate, questions on the phone, very helpful. unless there is a flu epidemic or something, it's usually 15 to 20 minutes wait time. overall a great clinic, doctor and staff.

Has ZERO patience! Asked me to limit my one week old baby’s milk intake, and when I asked him how would I do that when he is crying because he is hungry. He simply said “I’m hungry too, do you see me cry? I wait for my lunch time” this is coming from a pediatrician comparing himself to a ONE week old baby!
The second encounter was with the first vaccination, he gave him both shots and walked away saying there are cotton balls in case you need them, doesn’t bother to let me know about any potential side affect my baby could have, doesn’t even wait to see how the baby is doing! And on top of it all, he expected me to give him the liquid vaccination on my own without even any supervision! I had to call the nurse to understand what was happening! I can’t wrap my head around how can such a person still be in practice! We of course never went back to him.

Dr Moss shares a wealth of experience with what appears to be a genuine concern for the families he serves. I can't say enough about how helpful he has been. I highly recommend him!

Horrible horrible paediatrician
. He told me their would be a good chance my son would never walk
He’s walking just fine
Scared the living daylights out of me
He is a horrible doctor. Staff is just as bad.
Both ride and both seem like they hate their lives and jobs .
I wish 0 was a rating .
He is a disgusting human being , he should never be working with children

If I could leave less than one star I would! Wait time was always over an hour even though there was only one patient in line.

Dr Moss is knowledgeable. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about him. He seems very into himself. His staff seem to be good. Our first introduction to the office as Debbie. She is a lovely person who obviously cares about children. Very helpful!

I have 2 children and we have been seeing Dr. Moss for 7 years. I have always found his staff to be caring and attentive and they always do their best to squeeze me in even though it might be at the last minute. I can understand how some people might not appreciate Dr. Moss's dry sense of humor and sarcasm (even though I do). The bottom line is he is an excellent doctor and has ALWAYS been accurate and attentive when he diagnoses my children. Sure he has a no nonsense approach with his patients but I'd rather have a doctor who has exceptional skills and knowledge and arranges referrals promptly. So here's a reality check- if you need a best friend and someone to hold your hand look elsewhere. If you want a doctor who is professional, knowleadgeable and provides prompt and accurate diagnoses then consider yourself lucky to have found Dr. Moss.

We have been seeing Dr. Moss for Over 16 years with our 4 kids. He is very knowledgeable and research based with his practice (especially with vaccinations). He is kind, caring, and ALWAYS listens to the parent's concerns. His staff and colleagues are all very professional and supportive and helpful in getting appts in for your kids. I think we are very fortunate to have been able to be under the care of Dr. Moss and his staff. Oh......and the kids and I do find him funny!
