Dr Creatchman knows his stuff. Doesn’t have much of a bedside manner hence the reason my wife didn’t live as long as she could have.

This doctor is so shockingly bad that you would be better off without one at all. if you feel unwell going in, you are guaranteed to feel even worse when you leave. It astounds me that, in a country like Canada, someone like this is allowed to practise medicine. Arrogant, condescending, dismissive, incompetent, rude, closed-minded, a poor listener ... and just an overall nasty person.

well...where do I start,... from the call- to the words "GO TO THE "ER"....I let him know he was MY DR. not the Dr.s in the ER...no time me and not important enough, picking whom he wants to see iif not in the mood to see me or just doesn't know how to treat a mid aged patient?or really doesn't care....yes hes VERY RUDE, LOUD AND ONLY HEARS HIS OWN VOICE....it takes me along time to ever call him for my health issues because of his additude. I do not need to see him often...thank God, but when I do, I always think twice whether or not I really need to call him because if any health issue I have. I know, I shouldn't complain I do have a Dr. and I know if I don't like him to find another one but their far and between or no one taking new patients...so I'm stuck...I do use the WALK-IN CLINIC when I need too. The HELL with HIS MONEY MAKING OUT OF HIS POCKET..IT'S MY HEALTH... his rudeness and temper is an issue HE NEEDS A DR. for...its an issue I DON'T think he knows HE has.. BUT I'M ONLY "HIS" PATIENT ?!

He is my Mothers doctor. After every time she has contact him I hear how useless and rude he was. He has yelled at her telling her how she is stealing money from his pocket for using a walk in clinic when he would not give her an appointment to see her. After a hospital visit he said she shouldn’t call him rather go to the hospital with any questions as he hadn’t tested her.
He doesn’t want to actually care for her as a patient, dismisses any concerns and tried to pass her off on anyone else all the while being rude and condescending.

Dr Creatchman became our family doctor after Dr Malpass retired and was our family doctor for 40 years. My family continued with him but as I got older both me and my brother left his practise but my parents continued to see him. He is/was rude and had to bedside manner so that’s why we both decided to get our own new doctor. I haven’t dealt with him for 13 year but now that my both parents are in very bad health I’ve had no choice but to deal with him again. He’s loud, condescending, makes you feel very small and gives you guilt trips if you don’t do what he thinks you should be doing. This man is in his 70’s and needs to retire (even though he was just as bad in his 50’s). I’ve hung up on him twice because of the way he talks down to me as the caregiver who deals with this situation every day. If you’re tiny enough and can find a new doctor I would fully suggest you do that while you can. He’s very thorough as a doctor but has literally no Social skills to be a family doctor.

I was just thrown out of his office for having an eczema breakout around my eyes. He stomped yes STOMPED HIS FEET like a toddler! "This is the worst possible time for this!' Dr. C bellowed. I had an appointment for a tetmus shot. I have been having a reaction to eye makeup so I thought I would mention that at my appointment. He claimed that I.d a sign of Covid but I am double va

This so called doctor has been my Mother's physician for a number of years. Now that she is approaching 90 years of age with some health problems due to aging, he refuses to see her. He even made a comment to a family member that if we are having trouble getting my Mom into long term care, 'we should just drop her off at the hospital and leave. They would have to take care of her'. Is this in any way ethical?? I think not. I was concerned about airing the problems with this doctor out in public. But, after reading through the many years of concerns and reviews by others, I needed to go public!

Arrogant, condescending, rude, doesn't listen to (nor care) what the concerns of the patient are .... You would actually be better off without a doctor than being on his roster. I am not in need of someone with a gentle bedside manner, but this doctor's overtly caustic behaviour is toxic. If you don't feel well going in, you'll feel even worse when you leave. I found a new doctor and the difference is like night and day.

Dr C has been my doc for over 30yrs. Extremely thorough, caring, and straight forward. I broke my leg last year and he called me a few days later to make sure I was ok.
