This has got to be scraping the barrel of Dr's. Rude lied to me because when was too lazy to get more info. Gave me a 1 month script and to go to walk in clinic. I was on Maple because they is no walk in within 2 hours of me. But what does she care she gers her 69 bucks. I have been using the maple app for 3 years and no problem getting 2 renewals at one time. How is she still practicing??

Saw this doctor on Maple and she was rude and didn’t even answer my questions. She simply closed the chat when I objected to her conclusions. By the long delays it was obvious she was working on something else and wasn’t paying attention to my file. She told me I would need to see a doctor to get the medicine I needed with no explanation, she just “hung up” on me. If I could get in to see a doctor I wouldn’t have been using the online service. By far the single worst experience I’ve had on Maple, this doctor needs to go. I’ve never had a negative Maple experience until I dealt with Marni Brooks. Usually when Maple doctors can’t do something they provide a proper explanation instead of just “hanging up”.

Just had this doctor on Maple. Awful. So rude and was like why are you on these Meds. I told her and she was like this is your last refill. I’m only giving you one month refill and not 3 months. The refill is for heartburn. Lol Go and see a doctor. I live in BC and finding a doctor here is absolutely awful. She was so unprofessional and just shut the chat down when she was finished. I didn’t have a chance to really speak before she closed the chat. If you get her on Maple ask for a new doctor. They need to get rid of her and her awful bedside manner. Talking to a wall would be better than her.

Saw this doctor twice on Maple and she's terrible. I'm on HRT and whenever she asks why I'm on it she just tells me about how dangerous it is. That doesn't feel good and it feels like her personal beliefs are shining through on why she's talking to me the way she is (ergo she seems transphobic or doesn't believe in HRT). I've been on my medication for almost 6 years and she wouldn't refill more than a month since she doesn't believe me that I've gone to see a specialist, she wants me to go to one in Canada in person. I don't have a medical card and I've been quoted and charged hundreds of dollars to see doctors here so I see someone in the states instead that i see when I visit my family (I've been with him for years and he gives me discounts or doesn't make me pay for the visit bc he knows my situation). She gave me no time to explain where I was at or my reasoning and rushed me out of the session. If I could give her a 0 and block her from getting me as a patient on Maple then I would in a heartbeat.

I used the online doctor app called “Maple”. Paid my $50 upfront and advised the doctor (Dr. Marni Brooks) that I have a UTI. She advised that I go to a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous service!!!! Do not use this service or if you are in Ontario, see this doctor.

I needed medication refill. She didn't know the dose. I told her it. Then she didn't even fax it to the pharmacy. The pharmacy checked multiple times and never received it. Is she scamming the video health program. I see a lot of similar reviews on here about refills and her not being knowledgeable for simple things.
