Staff could be better, friendlier, more helpful, etc., but I find this to be true with most doctors' offices and clinics. Dr. Jill is usually running behind, but she spends a lot of time with each patient, at least she does with me, my family and friends who go to her. She is a wonderful caring doctor and for her quality of care, she is definitely worth the wait!

Dr. Pechacek SWEEPS into the room with a big broad smile at every visit. She makes you feel like she has NO OTHER PATIENT but you! That is most likely why she runs a little late. The personal relationship is most important when a patient is dealing with any illness, ache, pain or problem. She is a wonderful Christian example in the medical community. She is a beautiful woman with no BIG EGO problem. I LOVE HER DEARLY and she has helped me through many a medical as well as personal problem!

I have found Dr. Jill very proactive and up to date. I feel like she works with me as a team member in dealing with my health issues. It's nice to have someone I feel I can trust in helping me make the right choices for me.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Claussen on my first visit back in 1999-2000, but he had an emergency so I saw Dr. Jill. Thank God for emergencys. Jill is very easy to talk with and knowing my family history she is very proactive in my care and testing. Sometimes, when I have a medical issue I call the office and the staff schedules me with another Doc or PA, I tell them my Doctor is Jill, have her call me and if she wants me to see the PA or another Doc, I will. So far in 10+ years I have only seen Jill.

Started seeing Jill back when it was just her and Dr Claussen. She was wonderful and caring. Quit going to her 3 years ago because it was too hard to see her and she was always late - and she kept refilling my prescriptions 18 months after I left. Quick to order lots of tests but if they come back normal, she has the nurse call and that's the end of that. Practice is too big and it's hard to see the same doctor twice in a row.

I first went to this practice to see Dr. Barton.She left the practice, Dr Pechacek pawned me off on a new NP I had several serious health conditions and tests done through referrals to other practitioners.Isuddenly got a letter from the "practice" that they were dropping me as a patient. How ethical is that? I would not recomend this practice to anyone If they don't like the fact that you have to many health conditions they just toss you over, and say oh well

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Pechacek and the staff at Aspen Family Care. I have been through some very serious illnesses and have always been referred promptly to excellent specialists. I have referred many friends and co-workers to her and have heard much positive feedback. She is one of the most approachable doctors I have ever seen and I was able to establish a good rapport with her from the beginning.

Jill is ALWAYS running late (even if you ask to be her first appointment of the day) then you feel rushed because you know she has other patients waiting on her. I have been a patient of hers for 9 years but rarely see her because she seems to no longer care. Be prepared to come in with your own diagnosis because she is very dismissive. Very hard to get into - the practice has just gotten too big and they have lost their touch.

I've been a patient of Dr. P's for 9 or 10 years and I couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better MD. It's not difficult to get into the office, she's punctual and friendly and easy to talk to and truly listens. She's been right on with diagnosis and if she couldn't she has no qualms steering me in the right direction to specialists that can help. She is truly the Best!!!
