Dr Vince Tong has been my GP for more than a decade. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, listens to my concerns and will spend extra time if needed. He tries to get to the bottom of each issue.

Dr. Tong has been my families doctor for years. Lucky to have him as he rarely takes new patients. He listens, takes time to provide any feedback whether it's with medication or seeing a specialist. And he has a way of relaxing you from his prognosis. The punctuality is not the best but that's because he takes extra time with each patient meaning yourself as well. The front staff hasn't been the best in the last 3 years. I'm not sure who does the hiring but they most of the time seem like they don't want to be there. Prior to that the staff was really nice and would talk to you pleasantly. Have that effect of them remembering you. I am very surprised by any negative comments about him as a doctor as I think he is an amazing physician.

I do not think it's proper for an MD to say something like " your legs are fat and not eating is a good way to lose weight"! Bedside manner and or etiquite are therapy as well and demeaning comments are demoralizing!

Dr. Tong cares. He cares enough not to rush and he spends the time to listen carefully. He cares enough to spend the extra time to explain things and make sure you understand the situation. He is open, honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable without the ego. Truly a gem.

Dr. Tong is always friendly, a great listener and has a great way to explain findings and how medications work. I am seeing him for more then 17 years.

Seems way too eager to prescribe new and untested drugs and is dismissive and condescending when asked specific questions
