Dr. Chuang is the nicest doctor I have ever met. He spent time getting to know me and helped me to find the right medication for me. He was patient and even waited for me when I was late at the end of the day. I wish he could be my family doctor too. He's a gift to psychiatry.

Dr. Chuang is not therapy based. He sits in front of the computer and rarely engages in discussion around dealing with condition. He appears far from empathetic and is more likely to write a prescription than deal with underlying issue.

Do not go to this quack. All he does is give you meds after a 20 minute visit. After that he just keeps changing your meds. No therapy here.

Dr. Chuang provides satisfactory help as a psychiatrist. However, he lacks engagement with his patients (sits to the side to type into his computer - not face to face), seems impersonal, and tends to rush the visit. I was switched to Dr. Chuang while my current psychiatrist is on leave and definitely do not prefer him.

He doesn't spend alot of time with me. Even after seeing him for more than 2 years, he doesn't seem to understand my condition.

I went to Dr. Chuang for depression. First visit he only spent 20 minutes with me and sent me away with a prescription. Follow-up visits very short with little time spent on the mind all about the meds.

I became extremely depressed under Henry's care and gained 30 pounds. He over-experimented with me. He changed too many of the medications I was taking simultaneously. E.g., I was taking three medications prescribed by another doctor and Henry changed two of those meds at once, which was way too much of an adjustment for me. Twice this doctor left me in the waiting room for the full half hour of my appointment because he didn't recognize me as a patient and call me into his office. I had to a new medication from home to show him he had prescribed it. He forgot to write in my file that he had prescribed a new medication.

This man is an extremely friendly, patient and caring. I have never had to wait for him more than 5 minutes. He even waited after hours when I was stuck in traffic. He always listens and discusses any issues I need to discuss. I feel grateful to have met him.
