This is one tremendous doctor. He is extremely good at what he does and has excellent bedside manner. I would go to him in again in a flash. His staff is great and the office is well run. Too bad they couldn't clone him!

Dr. Hayashi did surgery on my son who was only 2 days old. He prevented him from having a colostomy bag. Told us exactly what was going to happen and followed up with us after the surgery. I gave him a huge hug and thanked him. He is extremely talented, knowledgeable and helpful. I don't know what we would do without him. I definitely recommend him to anyone who needs surgery.

Dr. Hayashi is by bar the best surgeon I have ever met. I am a registered nurse and Dr. Hayashi performed surgery on my son recently. His surgical skill and follow up care is like no other surgeon. He is an amazing surgeon and has wonderful bedside manner as well. We are forever indebted to Dr. Hayashi for his care and attention to detail. He is definitely the best surgeon in the region.

Our daughter was born with a hole in her Colon and was operated on after two days of life. He saved her life and we are forever in debt to this man. We are so lucky to have him in Victoria.

Dr. Hayashi operated on my 2 month old daughter and saved her from a potentially life threatening problem. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable at letting us know about the operation and has a friendly, calming way about him that gives you the utmost confidence in his abilities. He is clearly a brilliant man and deserves all the praise in the world! There really are no words to say to a person who saved your child's life except thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Simply the most amazing surgeon and man we've ever encountered. Dr Hayashi took on my brother's surgery with a skill and dedication we could never have imagined. He is one of those doctors you wish ever doctor would become. Exceptional bedside manner, caring, kind, highly regarded, dedicated, talented, the words to describe him could go on. One look at how highly his staff think of him is enough but when you see him with his patient, you can't help but have faith in the people of this world. He is the surgeon other surgeons refer you to for jobs that seem too hopeless. If you are able to get in with him, you're in the best hands.

Dr. Hayashi is a very professional, experienced and highly skilled surgeon. He performed my thyroid surgery and did an exceptional job. He is very friendly, patient and precise. Has excellent bedside manners and is a terrific person - very passionate, caring and supportive. He is an amazing specialist and has great office staff, too. I am very grateful to Dr. Hayashi and would highly recommend him to anybody. He is simply the best.
