Very nice doctor. He was on time which I find rare for my other specialists . Very helpful. Some of my other specialists make me feel rushed but I felt I had plenty of time for my questions. His secretaries on the phone and at the desk are very nice. I was quite happy with my visit.

I have many issues after a concussion. I have seen a lot of different specialists. Dr Robertson was the first one to put my problems into a framework I could understand and I see things much more clearly. One of my best doctor visits. Excellent doctor.

I have a number of health problems and have to see a number of different specialists at any given time. This doctor is one of the best I have had the chance to see. His office is modern and computerized. He has a great bedside manner. I have mobility issues and I was very happy with the reminder call I received in order to plan my time and my parking for the visit. He took the time I needed to explain my problem to me. I never felt rushed and was very satisfied with my visit.

My town does not have an ENT so my doctor referred me to Dr Robertson in Hamilton. His office staff was delightful. The reminder call was detailed and thoughtlful and helped me navigate an unfamiliar city. My appointment was on time and he has very polite and respectful. I had lots of questions that he took the time to answer. I never felt rushed. I felt listened to and was very pleased with my visit. It was worth the drive!

My friend had gone to this doctor and highly recommended Dr Robertson. I had my GP make the referral. His office provided a very detailed reminder call which really helped me organize my time. He was right on time, very friendly and very detailed. I was very happy with both my appointment and the doctor himself. I too will recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a great experience with this doctor. I had lots of symptoms and I thought they were all in my head. My GP was stumped. Dr Robertson explained all my issues to me and helped to link them together. I finally understand my problem. I wish I had seen him years ago.
