Dr Heinsohn is an amazing Dr, He is very knowledgeable about any problem a patient may have, I can call him for anything and he never makes me feel that I am a bother. His wait time is lengthy but, good things are worth the wait. I would rather know that my physician is taking care of me and , not just treating me like a #. He never puts his time above the pt's and you can get a call from him up to 7 pm or so, That tells me he is putting his patients first !

Went to Dr. Heinshon for a long time and thought he was really, but then I had a couple of issues that (1) he couldn’t diagnose, and the 2nd he clearly didn’t seem interested in. On both occasions I was really having a problem and was terribly disappointed. It doesn’t seem to matter how sick you are you will sit there for “hours” before you are seen. There is no “sick patient”/ “well patient” separate seating. You are shoulder to shoulder with....who knows what. I have been sick and told to come in at 4’o’clock and get home at 8 o’clock. The lack of respect for my time and my feeling are not acceptable. It is rude and speaks directly to his patient care. He is in charge....and apparently loves having these lowly sick patients waiting for hours to be blessed. What an ego. What a business. Think about it! I do not know what took me so long to recognize this gross lack of respect, but suddenly it hit me. I cannot express how much better my life is not having to be his patient.

Dr Heinsohn is not only my doctor, but also my wife's physician. We totally trust and appreciate the care Dr Heinsohn and his office staff provide us. He is a good listener and goes out of his way to see us when needed and quickly resolve our health needs. I have often heard him referred to as a doctor's doctor.

They do not have enough stars to give Dr. Heinsohn. He truly cares about his patients, both physically spiritually and emotionally. I told him once that I could visualize him in a horse and buggy, because he has that kind of personality that he gets to know his patients. You may have to wait onager to see him,but for me, I would rather him take the time not just for me, but for the patients before me. He is truly the best doctor I have ever been to. He took care of my husband also unti his death last year.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heinsohn's since he took over the practice of Dr. A. Walton Gothard. I know how busy doctors are and I know I'm going to have some wait time but it's never long so I rated him as on time because he meets my expectations. I always take my ipad so I stay busy while waiting. They are very good about getting labs done while you're waiting and they do all they can to get you through there. The lab staff is absolutely great and seem to know all the patients, which really puts me at ease. Dr. Heinsohn always takes the time to talk to me about my health, both from his prospective and mine. He truly listens. I went on Medicare a year ago and I was afraid I may loose him as a doctor. When I told him that he assured me it wouldn't happen. Kendall really works hard to keep things going in the back and is always friendly to me. Her smile is infectious. They are the best from reception desk to out the door.

I have been with my PCP for a long time. I have total confidence in his care. His office is understaffed and overworked.They need more resources, but I realize that this problem is simply part of every organization.

Staff seems unfriendly and Kendall is rude to certain people no matter how nice you are to them. They use old system unlike my other Dr. are in the present with computers. They are very unwilling and make it difficult to get medications APPROVED by insuriance co. The worst part of the visit is waiting to see him they overschedule majorally. It takes all day so don't plan on qanything else that day.

Dr. Mark Heinsohn is a wonderful doctor.He spends alot of time listening and answering my questions. He very good to call back and to call in a prescriptions when you are too sick to come in. I wouldnt trade him for anyone.
