Dr. K. Shah, wasn't very personable, I was under her care for about two years. I came to her as a diabetic and she never asked if I had a glucose monitor. When my glucose level became elevated, her recommendation was a stronger prescription. Not once did she take the time ask was I having any problems with the medicines I was taking, which I was hence the reason for the elevation. I always felt my visits were rushed and unpersonable. Dr Shah seems very knowledgeable and punctual but she wasn't very personable.

Very impressed with level of care at first. Recently, however, she has been so unresponsive to my concerns I've had to change physicians.

She is very personable and knowledgeable. My only complaint is that she has you come in too often, every 3 months, when having no problems. I feel like every 6 months is sufficient.

Dr. Shah did not listen to my concerns or seem to take my condition seriously. Made several calls to office to complain that medication was not working and got no response. When condition worsened, went to another doctor and received proper care.
