Very RUDE staff, rude and incompetent. Never answers phones or returns phone calls. Difficult to schedule or reschedule appointments or to obtain prescription refills. Dr. Reynoso does NOT listen to problems or care about his patients.

Dr Reynoso cared for me and my husband, making excellent referrals, and taking care not to overmedicate or prematurely diagnose illnesses, using the principle, "First Do No Harm," the Hippocratic/ Pythagorean rule that has long governed medicine. It was cruel of someone to post saying he gives opiates: There is a sign posted in his office that states unequivocally that this office does NOT prescribe opiates, and persons whose desire is to obtain them are warned.
We thought he was one of the smartest docs we had had. FAR better to be at an earlier stage of diagnosis, and watch, continue to see the patient awhile trying the obvious and less invasive things first, than to jump to a premature diagnosis as many ignorantly expect. Eventually, exactly correct care will be found, or the disease, illness or dysfunction may be self-limiting, as is often the case. Too many docs today are overmedicating and arrogantly deceiving patients into buying unnecessary tests and treatments, merely out of "defensive medicine" and not good practice. Dr. Reynoso is fine. He knows better what he is doing, and will not harm his patients, but helps them heal.

STAFF IS ESPECIALLY BAD. POOR COMMUNICATION. APPT SETTER DOES NOT COMPLY. DR. TELLS MANY PATIENTS THAT THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO, OR NO CURE , SO PRESCRIBES OPIODS. GOOD WITH PRESCRIBING, BUT NOT CURE PROBLEM THAT WAY. MY FRIENDS TELL ME SAME THING DR. TELLS THEM. NOTHING HE CAN DO. HAD TO GO ELSEWHERE TO GETS TESTS DONE, TO FIND OUT MY PROBLEM IS VERY SERIOUS....... AND CAN BE FIXED.......BUT STAFF REALLY BAD . NOT DOING JOB ASSIGNED. WHERE DID DR FIND THESE PEOPLE TO WORK FOR HIM.? WHAT A MESS IN HIS OFFICE. BAD ! DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME HERE. YOUR PROBLEM CAN GET WORSE IF NOT TAKEN CARE OF. ..........AND IT WONT AT THIS OFFICE.
