Teeth implants so had to coordinate the ortho work w/implants)Didn't return otho’s phone call. He told ortho it was ok to take braces but it was not. Bedside manner was ok not a personable guy, didn’t talk except to tell the facts. Bookkeeper, at that time,rather rude.I had to keep calling insurance co then call bookkeeper to tell her what insurance co said. Went on 4 weeks so asked if she could call insurance co&speak to them directly she made it clearSHE DOES NOT CALL THE INSURANCE CO.I NEED TO DO THAT just thought it would save time.I get bill w/late fee on it. Thought I going to wait 4 insurance co to pay & then I pay remainder. If knew they were charging late fee would have paid 1st then insurance reimburse me. I had been calling her all along to update her on what the insurance was doing she never mentioned it would be good idea for me to pay 1st to avoid late fee. She lectured I am responsible for bill. Yes but would be nice if she would have given me a warning on the late fee

Outstanding dentist and staff. They are extremely adept at making people feel at ease. I am an extremely dental-phobic patient, having had three prior bad dental experiences. I would highly recommend Dr. Pieroni and his staff to anyone needing periodontal treatment.

Thumbs up for Dr. Peironi and his staff! He is strictly a periodontist--no general dentristry. He does excellent work, and takes time to thoroughly explain the procedure. He uses the most up-to-date procedures, and is as minimally invasive as possible. As an added bonus, his chairs are really comfortable (which is nice when the procedure lasts over an hour). He's an awesome periodontist!
