Until his retirement I had the best doctor available , now I can't find a doctor to deal with my pain and problems. So sad he retired

He has been retired for a while now but I've come here to leave a review. He has been my doctor since birth and over the years I have developed an anxiety towards vising doctors/hospitals etc. But he was always extremely comforting and knew the diagnosis right away, I will agree he did talk a lot but it was comforting to say the least. The waiting room never bothered me, since childhood... I found it nostalgic and not something youd see today. Definitely an old school doc who did he job right.

Sorry I didn't read this sooner now that he's retired. Sure the waiting room isn't as clean as others but he was the best doctor we have ever had. Saved my life a couple of times in the more than 25 years . Great guy , down to earth. Really miss him. John and Greta

Yes the waiting room is dirty. The secretary is extremely rude to deal with. I really think Dr Fried should have chosen mental health to practise. He’s a great talker and enjoyable to talk to. His major downside was he just had too many patience and not enough time

Is always wanting to issue pills. The waiting room and office if filthy- don't think he has even cleaned a rug. The secretary is rude and obnoxious. But he knows how to take blood without bruising you!

I have been a patient of doctor fried for 25 years yes his waiting room is filthy but what an excellent doctor he is he is very caring,compassionate etc. He has always been bang on with his diagnoses with me. I am very upset that I have to find a new doctor

Stay away from this office. Having multiple issues. Trying to get my file for new family doctor for over 3 months!! Still unsuccessful.

I have been going there since I was a child and I find the place to be exceptionally disgusting and unkept. The waiting room and the Doctor himself seem to be stuck in the 90’s. The wait time is horrible because he likes to talk about unnecessary things. The place is often closed which leads me to have to go out of my way to go to a walk in clinic which in turn was a better option.

After reading a lot of the negative comments about this man I felt I had to wade in with my kick at the can. I was a patient of Dr. Fried for almost 7 years and always found him to be very caring and understanding. What I liked best about him was the fact he didn;t try to talk down to me and treated me as an equal unlike others who had the notion that because the spent time in a university this gave them an aire of superiority. I was youngish lad with a hereditary heart condition and Dr. Fried was right on the money with his diagnosis and treatment every time. In fact, I believe if it wasn't for him I eouldn;t be here today as an oldish lad. Long may you practise my friend....

The waiting area is disgusting. Wait times are exceptionally long as he chats a lot about other patients who are "much worse off". His receptionist can be nasty and rude. This is a sham of a medical practise.
