Eight years ago today Dr. Debru performed a bilateral thyroidectomy on me after my family doctor discovered what he suspected might be a small tumor during a routine annual physical. Further testing confirmed his supicions and he booked me to see Dr. Debru. During my initial consultation with Dr. Debru I felt completely at ease as he described the process and what I could expect. He told me that he would use a minmally invasive procedure and "hide" the incision in a naturally occuring skin fold. The result is that even I have to look closely to identify where the incision was placed. He clearly takes pride in his work and the results speak for themselves. We are lucky here in Calgary to have such a talented, caring man providing such first-rate care. Thank-you Dr. Debru!

Very personable. Likeable chap with great skills. The specialist in my city recommended him as my condition was " profound" and beyond what he felt he "was comfortable with". Dr Debru handled my case with great skill and resolved my condition completely. So very pleased.

Once again I was impressed not only by the Bed Side manner of Dr. Debru, but the entire Surgical Team at the Peter Lougheed Hospital. I required an Inguinal Hernia reconstruction which unfortunately had occurred on two previous occasions. Dr. Debru again proved his expertise and the repair was successfully completed. Dr. Debru will always have my trust and recommendation. If you are considering a General Surgeon. he is one who I would recommend.

Dr Debru is a very knowledgeable man who takes pride in his work and with his patience. He has a great bed side manners. He calls when he has a question and is always taking good care of his clients. I can always get help from him for anything I need help with.

A great doctor. Very kind, caring and thorough. He did both my septic gall bladder and two hernias and never had a problem after surgery.

He came highly recommended by my own surgeon and did not disappoint. I was suffering from a large hernia with my guts protruding out and no one wanted to fix it. He put me back together and game me my life back. Outstanding surgeon, cannot thank him enough.

Dr. Debru did my VSG in October 2019. He's very personable, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Had a follow up with him last month and he was very kind and congratulated me on the progress I've made since surgery. I've had no complications :D

Dr. Debru is beyond amazing. Very kind soul who took excellent care of me. He did my bypass surgery, and did everything possible to make me at ease even though I was terribly nervous abs scared. I wish more doctors were as amazing as him. And his surgical staff is amazing as well. From the end students to the nurses and so much more. Great experience.
