Help! Are we in a remote village in a third world country? This clinic's waiting area is inside of the clinic's adjacent pharmacy. Prescribing medication (90days) that the patient might not need. Anyone watching over how taxpayers money and resources are channelled? Please prescribe free groceries and I might live better and longer.

Does anyone ever answer the phone in this office? Calling and calling, the phone just rings off the hook, no answer or even a voicemail to leave a message to call back. This is healthcare?

He is one of the bad doctor in town. He sees money first than his patients The office is out of dated, no internet , the printer is over 20 years old, everything is manual. And missing files. Never bother to call you back with the test result. Everything is okay when asking him. When you give him a doubt than he will take a look at the result. He will not spend over 5 minutes of his time to see a patient. No question can be ask!!!? A sick note will cost you $20.00 that was then. And he wrote 3 of his favourite quoted words ” until getting better”. He likes to precribe 2 kinds of medication , Tylenol and ampicillin. Request you to come back soon. Etc.. he is no help at all. Recommend you to seek other doctors .

I called in few months ago on behalf of my mom to told them that my mom has agreed to have a surgery. When I called and talked to the reception, the lady told me that she did write it down (also asked for the date preference), then she said she will call to my home phone to confirm the date of the surgery. Few months passed, we never heard back from them, i called them today to ask how is my mom surgery appointment. They told me that i need to bring my mom in to talk directly to the doctor. I asked why the lady who took my call few months ago did not tell me. And no one calls us to tell her come in to see the doctor. Should they call the client if they never see them show up to follow up?
Their clients are mostly seniors, because no adult (included me) would like to see this kind of doctor and receive this bad service. They 0 care their patent.
They deserve NO STAR.

Hours are all over the place. It says the doctor is there at 1 but then the reception will say the doctor won't arrive until 2 pm. Wait is about 4 hours long for something that would be a 10 min consult.

I agree with the comment below 100%. He is the worst doctor he doesn't even bother listening to you. I'll rush you and brush you off. Always gives you Tylenol for everything. The waits are the absolute worst. 4 hours for a 5 minute visit with the doctor.

Refused to release my own personal health information to me which I'm sure is illegal. I have seriously considered making a complaint to the College of Physicians. Waiting room time is literally at least 4 hours long. Office is very dirty. Very poor communication skills- possibly even a language barrier. Very poor bedside manner. and most importantly, very poor diagnostic and treatment knowledge. The reviews I see giving 5 stars are obviously fake and obviously tries too hard. I work in the healthcare field now and I am appalled to see this level of incompetence.
