Dr Ross has the ability personality-wise to charm the pants off a nun. The truth is behind this charm is a man terrified of the governing entities over pain meds. He will agree your in terrible pain daily, yet never once offer medication by way of narcotics. He will however (like many drs now) offer injections. This is a revolving door of appts for drs. For those injections work for they still need to have them done a few times per yr. I've been woth Ross for 8 yrs and 3 of those he just watched me suffer, even coming in sobbing like a child, complete agony in a wheelchair he never wavered and still never prescribed anything. He has no empathy that could override his fear of being questioned by the med board and fda on prescribing, so he doesn't. If it was his wife, child, sister , brother. You bet he'd find a way. Very few drs will do what's right for their patients even when it means they will need to fight the good fight to do so. Ross isn't one of them. If you'd like to see hom just to describe what's going on, go for it, but if you want actual help I suggest going elsewhere. He is one of very limited amount of drs who implant pain pumps and stimulators..this is why I'm stuck with him. After the 3rd yr of him basically just having me come in for a fee he finally implanted one, but NO ITHER DR will take over his work or anyone else's, they concider it a professional curtosey to not do so. Now with mire problems in another area of my spine he won't do mire than injections. These drs assume were all lookong for a "high" if I wanted to get high I can go down to the local bar n find someone selling drugs. We are not drug abusers, we are in chronic daily pain Sir. The medications are manufactured so use them! Currently they're only being used in hospital visits, and for endlife terminal patients. Dr Ross, stop convincing yourself that it's ok to fear loss of lisence and avoiding helping your patients. Shameful if you can find another dr I recommend staying away from Ross, but the truth from what I've seen is they're all using this excuse to allow human beings to suffer. Farm animals are treated better.

Would recommend to a friend. Waited one year in pain without a diagnosis. Dr. Ross knew fairly quickly, was confident in diagnosis, was not rushed, answered my questions, referred me to a specialist in the area I needed.

The best dr. I have ever used. He saved my life (literally) when he noticed something that my PCP missed. Caring and thorough.

KIND, QUIET, COMPASSIONATE, RUSHED AT TIMES, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. DIFFICULT TO GET AN APPT. WITH, CAN WAIT A LONG TIME IN WAITING ROOM. TOO LONG WAIT FOR OR PROCEDURES, BOTH DATES AND WHEN YOU GET THERE. WISH THEY WOULD HAVE ALL THE DOCTORS YOU SEE THERE MEET WITH YOU TOGETHER. FEELS FRAGMENTED CARE AT TIMES.
