It is impossibly difficult to get ahold of Dr Crosby or make it in for an appointment. When I've waited too long and decide I'm better off with a walk-in clinic, the receptionist will make a note to scold me (the next time they do finally take an appointment) for not using the doctors clinic (45 minutes from me) WHO NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. But they want the financial kickback by sending me to their walk-in clinic.

First off, he is a pill pusher. I wanted off my meds and asked him to refer me to another specials for my issue. He told me I best find s new doctor. If you don't agree with him he will kick you out. His receptionist thinks shes a nurse but last time I checked she just wears s nurse jacket to look cool. She is absolutely useless. Like everyone said, if you need s friend go see him but if you need a doctor that really CARES....look elsewhere.

Always had good care, very punctual and knowledgeable. Some reviews say otherwise but it’s good to be able to recognize that sometimes a specialist is required.

I guess it depends if you want a friend or a skilled medical practitioner. You certainly don't get both with Crosby. He's friendly and caring each time he has made a devastating mistake. Actually apologizes. He is punctual though. But if words like follow up, regular preventative care and assessment skills are important to you. Wrong DR! Couldn't recognize a neurological disorder when their were obvious symptoms . Didn't recommend cancer screening for my parents who are well over 50 -yes cancer does happen perhaps he should watch a tv commercial to learn about colorectal cancer screening. Likes to repeat prescriptions with no follow up for years. hmmm not sure that's ok with college of physicians. The latest prescription change was a real mistake. I'm furious that this so called friendly nice caring DR has made so many mistakes with my senior parents - because he's" nice" they find it hard to change. I thinks its time for you to retire Crosby and just be a nice friendly person because you must know you are making mistakes that are life altering.

Terrible to even call him a doctor and never mind his lazy secretary. I think he works for the big pharmaceutical companies mainly one all he prescribes is z-pack z-pack z-pack i bet he gets a lot of holidays paid for pushing all that dope. He is rarely there when you need him always on holidays or had an on call doctor and if he is in he will just refer to a real doctor. Like the one guy said if you get in a car accident right away its "oh you can work" or " you're okay". He won't follow up on negative results and his secretary wont make a simple phone call to let you know about an appointment instead sends a letter in the mail a few days before.

Got seriously hurt in car accident, his responce to my insurance company was I was able to answer phone calls. I lost more then $400.000 in wages, my lawyer couldn't believe he would do such a thing! I couldn't even go to the bathroom myself...but I could do telephone marketing!

Staff: You have a sick kid, they get you in right away. Even faster for the parents that rarely call. If a renewal is needed for a chronic condition a fax is sent with no appointment necessary. Fantastic. Dr Crosby is a very nice person and you can see him assessing "Is this something I can fix now? or does this need to go further?". He has sent family members to emergency with notes to speed up intake, accellerated meeting specialists and for bloodwork/x-ray testing all ending with a quick accurate result. What takes one visit with him and a possible referral is WAY faster than the 3-5 appointments other doctors seem to need. If you say you think something is wrong for whatever reasons, he knows what testing to do to get the facts in front of him and not a "guess" or an "opinion". Good man, reasonable methods and the best staff.
