Our son went to Dr Morales only once, he was a fill-in for our son's regular Dr. He was so involved in talking about the housing market and how it had cost him money on his home, and how excited he was to go on his vacation the next day that he completely missed, NOT 1, NOT 2, But 3 blood clots in our son. Remember, he is a BLOOD SPECIALIST as a Nephrologist. Our son DIED shortly thereafter! I pray no one ever has to go through the Pain of losing a beautiful child again because of what I feel is the incompetance of this Dr. I feel he should have taken more time with our son, especially after 2 MAJOR SURGERIES in 2 months! Blood clots are a MAJOR concern after ANY SURGERY. May God forgive him, because I am having trouble with this.

I had the worst Dr. appt. of my life with this man. He was demeaning, dehumanizing and barely made eye contact with me during the 8 minutes he spent with me. He did in that time, however, manage to reduce me to tears...big time tears. He made gross generalizations about my lifestyle, which were wildly inaccurate, and incredibly sexist. I felt like I'd traveled back in time to 1965 or something. When my sniffles turned to sobs as he continued to berate me about being an overweight single woman, he looked at me with mock sympathy and said, "Oh everyone on staff here calls me The Onion because I make all the patients cry. Really? Is this behavior what we should accept from our health care providers? I think it's sadistic. I don't feel he should treat women because I believe he is a misogynist. I feel it my duty to let other potential patients know what they might be in for......I'd avoid him like the plague.
