She is not a doctor who is attentive to patience's problems and diagnosis. Has no interest in making people healthy, honestly she didn't care and it can happen with any professional but in healthcare it shouldn't.

Excellent Doctor and staff. There are so many complainers on here. Don’t waste her time if you don’t care for her policies please leave and free up her time for us patients who appreciate her. She always goes above and beyond to help me. Thanks for your exceptional care Dr Ouellet and staff.

Very nasty doctor very incompetent doctor. She should have her license reviewed if not revoked.

I was with this doctor for 5 years. She was never punctual about appointments. Often I was kept waiting for an hour or more. I got cancer, she never checked in with my other specialists. Fortunately, when she got to remove patients from her practice because an associate left, all ex cancer and chronic illness patients were mysteriously selected.

I have been a patient for many years now. I went to see her a while ago for a problem that I thought to be serious & very upsetting. I first saw the nurse practitioner, then a nurse followed by Tracy. The first words out of Tracy's mouth was "I am not going to take this lightly & I will make referrals, blood work etc. It was very comforting. I do not understand all the negative remarks here. Sometimes I think that when someone doesn't get what they want, when they want it, they complain. Keep up the great work Tracy.

Have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr Ouellete. I get regular calls from her office when it is time for additional checkups such as vaccines, bloodwork etc. She is pleasant and always takes the time needed- never feel rushed.

Absolutely terrible service. The specialists that she refers you to never follow up (even if you have been having chest pain for over a two year period). I ended up at the hospital last year from severe chest pain and Dr. Ouellette's office didn't even catch up on the paperwork until an entire year later. (Meanwhile, I had already been waiting for that specialist for over a year...Once I got ahold of that specialist they told me I was never referred...)

They blame their incompetence on Covid-19, but the thing is, you were just as useless before the pandemic even began! If anything you hinder the process of patients receiving proper care. The wart was the last straw. You can't even help people with the most basic things. Now it has spread underneath my other fingernails on the same hand (would not have happened if you helped me on time). I wear a glove to hide them at all times now.

I have had nothing but top quality care from Tracy. She has no problem referring to a specialist. Staff are friendly & efficient
