Dr Teixeira was my family's physician. - He was always late but that is an indication that you were taken care of he never rushed you and as a resulted he was late for his next appointment. - Never-the-less. - HE IS AN EXCELLENT DOCTOR. It took me 45 min - to an hour to get to his office but I considered the quality of his care verses the wait. - He is unlike these new doctors. He is knowledgeable, comforting, concerned, thorough, friendly and I can go on and on.
- My health was very very complicated and he took care of me and everyone in our family.
I had a very difficult time finding a new doctor when he retired. - - If he was still my doctor, I am certain that what I am experiencing now would have been diagnosed before.
HE IS ONE OF THE BEST.

I’d like to contact dr texiera, he was my family doctor for my whole family.. I need his help. I am in New York and the doctors here can’t handle the overflow, but more importantly they aren’t taking care of me the way he did. I need him desperately, if anyone or hopefully he sees this he can help me. These doctors are only concerned about insurance and are ignoring existing patients with people with underlying conditions. Sadly Dr. T has retired now - But he was my Dr for 40+ yrs and he was the BEST Dr ever. I know because I've seen many other Specialists etc - So I can say honestly that Dr. T was simply the most supportive, caring and knowledgeable Dr's I've ever met. He was incredibly empathetic, he listened well. He cared about me as a whole person - always asking me about how my *life* was, not just about my immediate health concern. While he was always running late, I never minded waiting because I knew when it was my turn to see him he was 100% thorough and no matter what my issue was, he would help me resolve it, I was an active part of the solution and he always made me feel positive that things would get better and he was there to support me.
I can't tell you all the things he helped em through, including my on-going chronic conditions and a bout with cancer. He was absolutely the best
I'm super sad to see him retire and wish him all the best always!
Thank you Dr. T for being the best Doctor anyone could have asked for!

Dr. Teixeira delivered me 40 years ago and was my doctor until about 10 years ago. His waiting time is long but he always listened. Never made you feel like you need to hurry up. He is a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Teixiera.

I have been with Dr. T. since I was in high school. I have ventured to other family doctors but always returned. He is kind, compassionate and caring. I don't mind the wait to see him because he does not rush through my time. He goes the extra mile to ensure that his patient is thoroughly looked after and knowledgeable about
their issues. I hope that he is not retiring anytime soon.....where would we go? there is not another doctor out there that could replace Dr. T. He saved my life.

I've been with Dr. Teixeira for approximately 40 years. He's one of the best out there. He pays attention to detail and has never let me down. I have no problem waiting to see him, as when I do go in to see him, it's all about my concern. He's trustworthy, honest and reliable. Hope he's not thinking of retiring anytime soon. Thank you Dr. Texeira for the past 40 years of great service.

Have known Dr. T since he was a resident at Sunnybrook and he has been our family doctor for over 40 years. Yes, the times are long but he consistently gives everyone the time and care they need. And if you need immediate attention, my experience is that you get it. Fabulous doctor.

Over the past 43 years, I've gotten used to never getting in to see him on time :) However, when I do I realize that the care he gives me is the same he gives each and every patient of his. He is knowledgeable, friendly, funny and the best doctor, friend and confident I have ever known. I never leave his office without feeling that someone listened and had the answers to my issues. I have been very fortunate to have such great medical care. Thank you Dr. Teixeira and hoping to have you as my family doctor for another 43 years.
