Dr. Moore was absolutely outstanding. I was very scared and anxious when I went in and I have never felt more positive about life when I left his office. And yes, even as a smoker, he offered the encouragement and advice I needed instead of berating and belittling me as other specialists have in the last 6 months. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a cardiovascular surgeon. On a scale of 1 - 10 he was definitely beyond 10!

Dr.moore was the best vascular surgeon I could ask for during the difficult process. Calgary is lucky to have them and I am lucky that I live near Calgary. Thank you Dr.moore

Dr. Moore is a very knowledgeable doctor however his staff are incompetent, my husband was diagnosed with an abdominal aortic aneurysm at the end of February 2020 but him and his staff left this until November 29th before operating. We are just lucky this did not burst. The nursing staff in the Peter Lougheed are INCOMPETENT from the lack of knowledge on how an irrigation catheter works to them not incubating his stomach before he threw-up all over them which tore his staples and caused a hernia. Then to top this off this doctor sent a letter with results to my husbands family doctor stating my husband was coughing and that is what caused this hernia, I was there the day this incident happened and my husband was NOT coughing this was the fault of totally INCOMPETENT nursing staff.

Dr. Moore, is an exceptional doctor, teacher and person.
I am not one of his patients nor am I part of his team. I have had the privilege of being in his operating room on many occasions, in my capacity as a device specialist. I have witnessed his demeanour with patients and have benefited greatly from his expertise. His patience when teaching and the amazing respect that he has earned from his team, is remarkable. As someone who has worked with many surgeons throughout my career, I would not hesitate, not even for a second, to recommend Dr. Moore, to friends, family and definitely for myself.
I no longer work in a capacity where I will be interacting with Dr. Moore, however his knowledge, demeanour and friendliness has made an impact on me.

Dr Moore is the most professional and knowledgeable Doctor you could wish for.
All of his staff are very professional and really make you feel comfortable.
I don’t understand how anyone could say anything negative about Dr Moore or anyone on his team.

Dr Moore is exceptional. He is very Knowledgeable and very personable. He cares for his patients at the human level not just as a doctor. I had a 6 cm carotid artery tumour sittings in my throat and threatening my life. After its discovery, he acted fast and worked hard to arrange a surgery date with all the right surgeons within a month. They performed a full day surgery and saved my life. I owe dr Moore a lot. He is a life saver. Thank you dr and God bless your hands.

The man knows his stuff, and calls it like it is, and he's recently proven to me that he's not too proud to call in extra help when needed, and thanks for that. And as far as his staff being rude, I seriously doubt it unless you start to waste their time, they're a busy bunch, and very efficient from what I've seen.

Not a good experience. Will not go back! With all the good reviews, I thought I was in good hands. Unfortunatelly it didn't end up that way.
