After 5 procedures for a chronic back problem, I would wholeheartedly recommend him. He was informative, never leaving me with questions either pre or post surgery. His OR team were great!

Sadly I cannot give a good review. I've been a patient for two years now and he got my MRI's scheduled but that's all. There has only been one follow up call but that seemed pointless as he could not explain the results of my MRI. Supposed to have been a follow up MRI last year but still haven't heard anything. Been close to a year now since I've talked to him and have still no luck trying to contact him or his office. I would not recommend him to anyone and urge a referral to see someone else.

Dr. Faridi unfortunately is retired. He has operated on me for two carpel tunnels . First class skill. I was treated by Dr. Faridi after two car accidents neither my fault . The other drivers run stop signs and T boned me . Dr. Faridi went over and beyond to help me get well . Intelligent caring man . The office staff similarly is first class.

He only works two days a week. Semi retired.
What makes him special is the amount of knowledge he has obtained. I learned more from him in 20 minutes then during numerous appointments with other doctors and specialists. He has great investigative skills.

His prime has past. Hes confused easily, doesnt have ANY communication skills, rude, and repeatedly says " I'm retired ". Mistakes files between patients, lacks empathy. GET A DIFFERENT REFERRAL!!! Waste of 10 hours drive in a terrible snowstorm and two hotels

He is a wonderful person. Very caring of his patients. Saved my life and gave me over 20+ extra years. (Removed brain tumor) I appreciate all he has done for me, and will always be grateful.

I thought Dr. Faridi retired in 2011? I was a patient of his in 2011. He was kind and tried to help me with my back pain. Yes I agree he did not have the greatest bedside manner but I was not there to make friends with him. I had a rhyzotomy and I had cortisone shots done in my lower back. Both procedures gave some relief but I knew going in neither would be a cure all. I didnt blame him. My advice to anyone do your homework before you make a decision to allow any surgeon to touch you. Its your body!

Helpful staff, very polite and professional. Dr. Faridi is not, however. As someone who claims to have been the only neurosurgeon in the Interior, and it now takes -two- surgeons to replace him and his work, he seems to be very careless with his care. He didn't look at my previous scans, didn't look at my report, it took ME telling him that there was something wrong and where to look ON THE SCANS for him to acknowledge that there was something to look at at all. After all of the nonsense he decides he can't be bothered and if I want he can refer me to another neurosurgeon who may 'give me a different diagnosis'. What a waste of time, but according to other failed surgeries, maybe this is a blessing in disguise? IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO READ A PATIENT'S REPORT OR THEIR MRI SCANS, WHAT ARE YOU DOING PRACTICING IN THE FIRST PLACE?!
