I understand why people are so frustrated with this doctor. I had a cataract procedure, it was not good to say the least. I wake up everyday with pain in my eyes, pressure buildup that doesn’t want to go away. Now I am on painkillers and drops constantly and it’s very aggravating and depressing. He spoke like it would be a perfect thing Beforehand and then after the issues, he made a lot of excuses and behaved like he really wanted to help BUT it’s all been a nice money grab for him. The real issues are that each time he has sped through each procedure of mine and not using painstaking effort. And he was out of sight so fast after he finished each procedure. He behaves as though we are all not important and that my time is not also very valuable. I am very disappointed in this low-grade doctor. He offered me eye drops again and again. What the heck does that do?? He really is pathetic. Thanks again and again for nothing but suffering and stealing my money, Robin Deans.

My cataract surgery went horribly wrong and all I heard was excuses afterwards. He kept promising a fox but there hasn’t been one yet and I am still waiting from him. Had another doctor correct my issue with success. This ” hit or miss Deans” doctor is not someone I am willing to chance my eyesight health with again. He has had way too many errors and shows complacency in his workmanship. Avoid this doctor like the plague!

My cataract surgery went exceedingly well with no issues to date. I'm totally satisfied with the way this procedure was carried out from start to finish. Dr. Deans also did my wife's surgery previously and that was totally successful.
We'd certainly recommend him based on our experience.

I saw him over and over again and I was lead to believe that this was a good doctor. It was a circus and I never got anywhere. I ended up going elsewhere. This doctor was disorganized and confused with what I needed for my eyes. I do not want someone like this touching my eyes. Unbelievable! Get your act together, Dr. Deans. Frankly, I am afraid of you.

Really angry with what Dr. Robin Deans has done to me. Had a lens replacement but it did not go well. Eye pain, burning, blurred vision. Went to see him a second time and he told me we had discussed complications. He is a liar. We did no such thing. He will say anything after the fact to cover his pathetic butt. Do not see this man.

The devastating vision loss that I have now because of my surgery is horrific. I wish I had never met Dr. Deans. I have had several complications since. I had heard that Dr. Deans works quickly and my procedure seemed all too easy. Something did not feel right after surgery but Dr. Deans would not listen to my concerns. I should have listened to what I was warned about.

Had a Very bad experience seeing this doctor. The tests, the waiting and then he told me he could not help me but he could run more tests. Just a money grab plain and simple. Later I was told I need to see a different specialist but not before he ran all his tests on me, Which he knew had already been done. Thank you for nothing, Robin Deans and wasting my time and money. Seems to be commonplace for him to do this. I have spoken with many others that have had similar issues.

I have had pain every morning for years since Deans did this cataract surgery on me. The dryness is so bad that the drops he gives me serve as only a fix for a few moments. Trying a very expensive and experimental drug for this type of pain. I knew he did not take enough time in testing me before this procedure and he worked quickly. The excuses that came from him year after year with me were inexcusable. He blamed my issues on everything but himself and I am the one that has to live with the consequences. Another surgeon said it may be the type of lens that deans installed. Several surgeons that I have seen agreed with this theory. There are types Of lenses that are unreliable and need to be taken out and replaced, allowing Dr Deans to make money yet AGAIN. Will it be done right this time? Robin, you are failing at doing your research in giving us the absolute best care. But the money for you just rolls right in, doesn’t it?
I am not sure where to turn to have this solved, if it even can be. It has all been disgusting the way he has handled everything.

I have seen a lot of bad doctors in the Windsor area but none have been as bad as this one. What a fast job that was done on me by Dr. Robin Deans. We are Awaiting legal advice to fight the damages that he has caused.

I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes. I have been extremely pleased with the results and the overall experience. My appointment was on time with knowledgeable and friendly office staff. Dr. Deans was very professional yet easy to talk to about the surgery and different lens that are available. I have not hesitated to recommend him to anyone who needs a good eye doctor. Thank you Dr. Deans for tremendously improving my site.
