Staff is so rude. They all complain freely and loudly about patients wearing masks or that they don't pay for them. Then half the time they don't even wear them.

Very abrupt personality---might well know his stuff but does not show any sincerity.
I believe he likes to impress patients with an overbooked system and give the impression of being a super Doc.

Been there +10 times with complication to my eyes.
Staff is very human, helpful and compassionate.
Fiander is a pro, doesn't talk a lot but is thorough and focused. We are all lucky to have him.

A horrible little man with an over large ego. Hurtful and mocks you for feeling pain. Avoid at all costs. Staff rude and abrupt.

I have been seeing him for 5 years now. The staffing attitude is so much better than a few years ago. He is very very nice and very knowledgeable but he is straight to the point! I always make sure to have all the questions ready before hand because he is quick.
