Even though the ER was packed and short-handed when I had my fall, and I knew he was stressed and in a hurry, he took time to see me and explain everything in a caring manner. He didn't act hurried or frustrated. He was friendly and kind. I appreciated it so much. Working that well with a smile on your face is a mark of a good doctor!
