Dr.Bagnell was wonderful! His bedside manner is impeccable! He greeted me with a smile and a wave, easing my anxiety about the procedure I was having and the situation I was in. He took the time to talk to me about my health issues, answered all my questions and explained what the best course of treatment was.

Was in his office less than 5 minutes after waiting many months for an appointment.
I still have some symptoms (some improvement during the wait) but he was dismissive when I asked what is my problem- he said "I don't know" and looked down at his papers, suggesting that my time with him was over.
Totally arrogant and ignorant, no thought of care for a patient. Felt like I should report him.

Can’t say enough about Dr Bagnell and his secretary. Dr Bagnell is so easy to talk to and willing to ask any questions I had. His Secretay is very caring and professional and also doesn’t mind answering any questions. These two really care about the patients. Highly recommend.
