Dr Lee Pong has been my Dr for over 20 years. I feel so lucky to have her watching over my health and the health of my husband and children. Do you have to wait to see her? Yes. But it is 100% worth the wait! She actually cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and relates to you person to person. She has taken the time to contact me after hours to let me know test results because she knew that I would be anxious. She has made the time for me in emergency situations and I know that if I have to wait more than usual one day, it's because someone really needed her on that day, and I'm ok with that. She is one of the reasons why we have never moved...we would never be able to replace her. She is the best!

Have been seeing her for over a year now: -Chronic issues are not dealt with and are pushed aside at each appointment as she doesn’t have time to deal with it.
-You can’t get prescriptions refilled without an appointment even if you’ve been on them for years.
-Most of the time you can’t get through to the office cause they don’t pick up the phone.
-Biggest issue is the wait time, I have to take time off work to clear an entire morning or afternoon to see her.
-Her nurse is incredibly rude and has breached my medical information by speaking to my family without permission.

All of the comments below reflect my experience. Even at the start of the day 6:45 am the wait times are over an hour. At least. There is a problem with this Drs practice - the waiting room is always stacked and running three hours late. Three hours is the magic number of hours you can expect to wait. even for a simple prescription renewal. This is an extremely stubborn Dr. she will not accept pharmacy faxes for the simplest renewal - such as a hypertension water pill. Perhaps that process is not billable? Thats my guess. The process of seeing this Dr is an endurance test in a “factory” setting. You will be there all morning or all afternoon watching the the Drs beside her do the real work of treating their patients like valued clients rather than livestock. Harsh but true. The receptionists are on the front line of this shitshow being paid pennies on the dollar . You don't dare say anything to the Dr as you will be punished by this stubborn to a fault practitioner. Go elsewhere. I am leaving.

Had to wait over 3 hours for my appointment this is insane. How anyone can put up with that for all their appointments is beyond me. Her nurse berated the receptionist and was a absolutely horrible person.

Despite her expertise and excellence interpersonal skills, this doctor’s wait times are 2-3 hours which is unacceptable! I avoid going to see her because of the wait times thus putting my health at risk. I’m shopping around for another doctor.

3 hour waits w every scheduled appt. Receptionist needs to limit number of appts scheduled each day as well as practice of allowing anyone to "drop in" in the early mornings to get ahead of actual booked appts with other patients. Will not refer out for second opinions as her word is final even when she cannot diagnose unchanging symptoms and it doesn't worry her if your health doesn't improve over several years and her knowledge has not kept up with modern medicine. A very likeable person but has ceased being an effective doctor or health advocate. Is highly secretive about showing test results. Wouldn't every doctor only want their patient's health to improve?

Her one long term receptionist is gone and already back to a rotating plethora of them. Her wait times have not improved, and the nurse is the least pleasent person I have ever dealt with.

I have done hours of waiting in Dr. Lee Pongs waiting room. The parking is expensive. I saw Dr. Lee Pong for many years but have now left. I hope she will release my medical files to me as I have been told she would not for another patient.

Wait times are absolutely absurd!! Sees too many people in a day and takes too long with each person. With appointments wait times are usually 2-3 ish hours and costs nuthn but money in parking fees!! They don’t stamp your parking ticket.. never have likely never will.

Seen her for 20 years now but moving on. Have experienced her drifting off or catching some shut eye couple times while I’ve been talking to her. unacceptable!!

Doesn’t exactly seem to beleive in her own diagnosis. Since diagnosing.. nothing has been tried. I know there’s options and it’s time to get some real opinions and answers with active ongoing help. If you have multiple issues I beleive she’s not the doctor for you. Her nurse is a little snotty at times. Plus receptionists come and go about every few years. Something wrong here.

While sometimes the wait can be long it is more than worth it to see a Dr. That puts time and care into her patients. I would rather wait and see someone who is thorough and genuinely invested in my health and wellbeing. I will never willingly see another Dr.
