My father saw Dr. Freeman at VGH during a visit where he was quite sick. Dr. Freeman came into the room multiple times to explain everything and keep us updated on tests, results and specialists. Dad wasn't doing well, and Dr. Freeman took great care to help him and us understand. He ordered medications quickly when asked and all the nurses were great about relaying concerns and taking care of my father. Overall great care, and I would like to thank everyone. Id' see Dr. Freeman any time.

Saw Dr. Freeman in Burnaby emergency. Busy department but he took time to sit down and ask a lot of questions to really understand. Came back frequently and updated us, asked us if we needed anything. My mother really appredciated his caring attitude and sincerity. He explained everything. The nurses were excellent and attentive too and they spoke to Dr. Freeman about all our concerns, which he answered directly. This is the way a busy doctor should be. Thanks.

Thank you Dr. Freeman for the care you gave my mother. She didn't do well after but we appreciated the kindness and compassion you showed. All the staff were helpful and attentive. Dr. Freeman even got her some a drink himself.
