take advantage of and customers, overcharge, scamming,lies and the manager that works there is very corrupt and rude.
Go find yourself another eye clinic, don't waste your time here.

Dr. Carey is very knowledgable and thoroughly explained each eye test. I left feeling confident with the overall health care of my eyes. His staff are friendly, attentive and approachable. I highly recommend Dr. J.A. Carey & Associates to anyone needing an eye exam, you are in good hands!

I wanted a prescription as my old prescription was not with me due to COVID lockdown and it was locked in my office drawer. I reached out to their office and they said we will take extra $35 to give you a copy of prescription. In this challenging times as well, these people will not spare anyone. Highly disappointed with their behavior. Will never ever use their services and would never recommend it to anyone

I was recommended by a long time friend and I honestly had the best experience. I haven't been to the eye doctor in so long, and everyone there made me feel comfortable ! I also love my new glasses they suit me so well and I got them within a week.
Glad I have a NEW GREAT DOC + Office Staff.

I have been going to Dr. Carey for a few years and really enjoy the professionalism and care I receive.

I started going to him because of the convenience of the location. While Dr. Carey and his staff are very nice, I’ve had a ton of difficulty in getting contact lenses from them recently. It’s been several months late, for several times now, even though I was told that the problem had been fixed. I don’t know if it’s them or their suppliers, trying to follow up with them is too much of a hassle because they never call back when they say they will. Go there for your eye exam, but don’t bother buying glasses or contacts there as I’ve seen several other reviews with similar issues.

Dr. Carey is an extremely thorough and knowledgable doctor. He even caught an eye condition that I'm developing. I have no complaints. I had ordered glasses from his office in the past and never encountered any difficulties. The service levels from him and his staff has always been top notch. I would recommend him to anyone.

A machine would be way much polite than the way they interact with customers.
They delayed my glasses beyond that date they committed and started accusing weird things when I asked them to meet their own promise.
I am not dealing with this store again! And definitely not recommended!

Did not have the knowledge required for vision care, money making is the key not service. i will not visit again.

I have been going here for over 35 years and only in this past year 2021 because of COVID I decided to use someone closer to home.
I have no complaints with him as a doctor. However I must admit that over the years there has been staff turnovers that didn't quite make the cut. I ignore those and seek to speak with the ones I know.
