2nd best of the 4 family doctors I have had in my life. Generally very empathetic and helpful, however I have found that if you don't completely agree with her she can become snippy and sarcastic. Overall an excellent doctor.

Be warned that you will likely wait 30-45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time before seeing the nurse, then another 30-45 minutes before the doctor comes into the room. Bring a book!

My family have been patients of Dr C for 23+ years. Dr. C. Is a knowledgeable Doctor, who is patient, caring and a good listener. Her Staff and Nurse are as well. She really is the best and we can not imagine any other family Doctor. Dr C. Puts action plans in place and gets to the bottom of whatever Ails you. We could not ask for a better Doctor.

Been a patient for 25 years and cannot imagine a more caring, informed doctor. She is to the point but with kindness. Staff is efficient and always pleasant. I feel very well served by all.

Dr. Crosthwaite is impatient, and makes you feel like you’re bothering her. She is rushed , rude and short with you. She is challenging , and has a terrible attitude toward mental illness. I see her once a year for my physical and even then the nurse does everything, she is in and out in 10 minutes. I don’t feel cared for , heard or recognized as a patient for the past 30 years. She knows nothing about me without looking through my chart, even then it’s hit and miss. I am actively looking for another doctor. It’s pretty bad when you’re afraid to tick her off by bringing up too many issues, after all it’s my physical, I think that’s the point. Nevertheless, I have read similar reviews, It’s a shame she hasn’t read them. … if she has she clearly doesn’t care.

No respect for other people’s time. Always behind and overbooked. Short fused and impatient at times. Terrible bedside manner.

I've been with Dr. Crosthwaite for over 20 years and I wouldn't dream of going to any other GP. She's always upfront, honest, extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Dr Crosthwaite is a very good ear, nose and throat doctor
She is very thorough and knows her stuff
She is however quite hopeless when dealing with patients who have mental health issues
She seemed to have contempt for me for having these issues and had nothing more to offer than 1950s pick yourself up by the bootstraps claptrap
When I needed help the most I found her bullying with barely concealed hostility
