Dr Phillips is an excellent cardiologist! His ability to identify my issues and explain everything to me was amazing. I have been trying to figure out why I have been feeling so terrible. He takes time to explain and ensures that I understand what needs to be done. It is easy to recognize the concern and passion he has for his patients well being. He is the BEST!

Dr. Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and a very kind and compassionate doctor. He takes more time with me than any other doctor has and explains things so that I understand. He also stays current on the new things that are available to patients but will not prescribe something he thinks has not been tested enough. I trust his judgement completely. He is a super cardiologist!!
