Saw this Dr. a couple times many years ago and wasn't surprised to hear when he lost his license. I was 20 pregnant and went in for spotting, and he was rude enough to ask my marital status. Tell me I was young, and likely had stds. Gave me 4 mystery pills to take which I threw up on the way home.
Another time I saw him having a miscarriage, I was told the baby was probably retarded and that's the body's way of solving this issue. To go home flush and forget about it...among other things.

He helped me get off drugs and as for the sexual assault the girls lied from my knowledge because he wouldn’t give them the drugs they wanted and the courts ate it up the two girls that said charged him teamed up against him were both heavy Opioid users and and since it was two against one the judge favorited the women it’s said that women get away with so much they bragged about what they did the one girl was in the prostitution bussiness simple investigations would have proved that dr schwarz is a family man and I’m sure it caused him problems

Was charged with sexually assaulting a female patient, and can now only see female patients with a monitor in the room. Used to be the only doctor in the city who could prescribe suboxon, and would threaten to withhold it from female patients who reported his inappropriate sexual advances and touching. Belongs in jail.

Dr Swartz is my suboxone doctor and has always been good to me... He actually listens... He has gone over and above for me... As a favour to my boyfriend he made a house call for me when I wasn't able to move off the bed... I appreciate everything he has done for me.

My family has a very good professional relationship with the Doctor and his staff. I would definitely recommend him if he was taking new patients. But as you can see many people have put their trust in his opinions and recommendations. ...so unable to offer help to any new patients. We will keep attending his office as long as he is in the Soo

Read news articles that he has been accused of sexual assault on a patient twice and was subsequently arrested. College of doctors has placed limitations on his practice including that he cannot see a female patient of any age without a "monitor" watching over the visit.... will certainly not be going back to see him and wish i would have know this before my last visit to his clinic
