Poor bedside manner. Doesn’t listen to concerns or questions. Talks over you when you talk. Was completely rude during the visit. Didn’t ask any questions about symptoms just made assumptions. He wants to preach exercise and nutrition to old people who have multi-dynamic issues such as scoliosis and knee trouble. Is not empathetic whatsoever!

Arrived early for a 12:15 appointment, still sitting in a room not seen almost 2 hours later. I had to find someone in the hallway to ask how much longer and there is still a patient in front of my mom. No explanation, nothing said when we checked in about being behind.. NOTHING! Extremely frustrated!
