Dr. German is like Cosmo Kramer with a few extra pounds. He can be very, very, funny, but very much all over the place at the same time. You have to know what questions you want to ask, and you have to make him stop, and pay attention and answer them. He will, if you let him know you have questions that you want answered. He can also be pretty blunt at times. He is, however, very diligent in treatment and has excellent educational and professional credentials.
