Dr. Tse dropped my wife as a patient after she refused the glucose test. Our new doctor monitored my wife’s blood sugar and said she was fine. She misdiagnosed my wife with a placental issue. Our daughter was born without complications and my wife has recovered exceptionally after swapping doctors. Dr. Tse’s staff are especially rude and disrespectful. The nurse practitioner even cursed towards my wife, when she didn’t like a question my wife asked. I wouldn’t take my dog to this office. Also I have also filed a complaint with our insurance provider regarding charges that appear to be incorrect.

Tse took it personally when my wife dropped her as a provider AFTER TAKING TSE’s ADVICE for a home birth as my wife didn’t buy into Tse’s push for a c-section. Additionally, my wife was misdiagnosed as having gestational diabetes, which tse confirmed to my wife verbally was an error on the lab tech as she drew my wife’s blood too early with the glucose test, though tse documented in writing that my wife has gestational diabetes and is high-risk. The last few blood sugar results at our nurse midwifery have been normal (between 90-105 mg/dL)thereby proving tse’s misdiagnosis.

After dropping this provider, Tse’s final bill reflected a $1,753 antepartum charge and a $240 uterus scan, both of which didn’t occur on my wife’s last visit nor will occur on any subsequent visits moving forward, and appear as fraudulent medical billing code charges. As of today, June 18, 2021, we have a call out to her office to have these charges removed from our bill. Tse is a sweet-talking capitalist, con-artist and liar. Glad we’re done with her.

I could not rave about Dr. Tse more. She delivered my son, first child, in 2015 and was amazing. Not only did I never feel rushed during prenatal appointments, but there were several times I had questions and she called me back personally or called to check-in on me. I wasn't even high-risk! She listened to every question and concern I had and I always felt I was fully informed. Knowing that my OB was truly concerned with mine and my baby's well-being was a weight lifted.

Yes, the office staff can be a hindrance to an all 5 star rating, but there has been improvement. I wouldn't count that against Dr. Tse though - she's fabulous!

I have to say that I absolutely love Dr. Tse but the staff is absolutely horrible. Every single visit there has been a mistake, with either appointments with wrong doctors, my chart was falsified with incorrect medical information, and everytine I call up just to confirm what my upcoming appointment is, no one has an answer for me and says the appointments are just listing with no notes. I'm absolutely terrified something will go wrong with delivery because of all these mistakes.

Dr. Tse has been absolutely incredible so far! I am a first-time OB patient with lots of questions- she has been patient answering all my questions, completely attentive, warm, down-to-earth, and really conveys a genuine sense of caring. I missed an appointment (pregnancy brain!) and left a distraught voicemail as soon as I realized at 6:30pm that evening- she personally called me back 30 minutes later and scheduled me for later that week... I have NEVER had a doctor do that, and be so understanding. You can truly feel her passion for her work and I've already recommended her to friends. The office staff and punctuality have been hit-or-miss in my experience, but not nearly as poor as some others reviewers have described.

Dr. Tse is wonderful! Unfortunately, her administrative office is awful. I've called several times today and it just rang and rang, no voicemail message, no recording, no answering service, nothing! A couple weeks ago, the nurse left me a voicemail and told me to call her back but she just left the front desk number (which rings and rings) why couldn't she leave her direct number? I can't reach her at all. I don't understand why this office is so badly managed. It's very unfortunate because Dr. tse is an excellent doctor, very attentive and knowledgable. I think Dr. Tse must know there is a serious problem with her staff because she has personally called me twice after her staff dropped the ball. She shouldn't have to babysit these people. Unfortunately, I will have to change doctors because I can't even reach them on the phone!

Dr. Tse USED to be great, however, she moved and her new office has now turned into a clinic with HORRIBLE front office staff and almost as bad wait times (I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour and 20 min before being sent to a room and waiting another 30 min-over all my time at her office was almost 3 hours!) As for Dr. Tse, she's great, attentive, knowledgable, and very kind. I'm seriously thinking about switching Dr's simply because the staff is so bad.

Oh, and she moved offices and never sent out letters or anything else to inform patients that she had moved. I tried to call several times to let them know I would be a bit late because of this I was not able to get through (after trying more than 4 times) and each time it just rang and went to voicemail. I really don't think I'll be returning to this office. The staff is AWEFUL!!!!

While my wife's experience with the doctor herself has been reasonably positive, our interactions with staff have been very negative and unprofessional as of late. Two examples: 1) I called on a Monday to make an appointment for my wife, something I've done numerous times before. The person I spoke with, Susan, asked rudely why she couldn't make the appointment herself, then in a huff "scheduled" an appointment for Friday. I took off work to go my wife to said appointment only to find out Susan had not scheduled an appointment at all. 2) As we were attempting to correct the above error and salvage our afternoon, the receptionist insisted on knowing HIPPA-protected information in a public forum. After a wait and interrogation, we never did see a doctor and nor spoke with any medical staff. Staff remediation on what constitutes a HIPPA violation and how to properly treat patients is definitely in order for this practice!

I was so relieved to have found Dr.Tse; she is truly amazing! She is attentive and has your back. There are so many issues pregnant women; especially, working pregnant women and she completely understands. I thank her so much and recommends her to anyone who ask or don't;)
