Fantastic. I've been seeing him for around 8 years, and he's always helpful, very kind, ery personable, easy to talk to. He's also incredibly knowledgeable, and not just of neurology and ADHD, but all medicine. He even "diagnosed" my Baker's Cyst from just listening to the problems I was having, when my physician had no clue what was going on even after multiple examinations. Highly recommended.

I'm sure he's a great doctor, but my messages haven't been returned, so I haven't had a chance to experience it yet. I know he was away for an extended period, but I would still expect a phone call to be returned.

Very knowledgeable and smart. When my treatment was over I knew exactly what was going on.

Amazing. He really gets to know his patients before giving a diagnosis. He listens and challenges thinking which I love. He is beyond knowledgeable in ADHD and keeps in the know on recent research. I have seen so many doctors but few who have invested the time he has.

Dr. Tom is a great Dr. He listens and gives comments when necessary. I have gone to him for about 7 years now and he has made a great difference in my life and adjusting to ADD. Mirium is a great person too.

I have been beside myself for years... Dr. Fischer is the first helpful "shrink" I have had. He is caring and kind, and knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful to him and Miriam (his wife/reception) for their patience and understanding. I have only been seeing him for 6 months and already my life has changed because of him. Thank you for helping me get my head together :) and my life on track.

I've been using Dr Fischer's expertise on and off for about 10 years for my adult ADD. I'm the type of person who likes to understand and Dr Fischer helped me so much with that. Our typical hour-long sessions have involved him getting information out of me for 15-20 minutes, and then spending the rest of the time giving me very detailed information about my condition so that I can better understand and cope with it. He is not a psychiatrist to see for depression or mental breakdowns, though - not his specialty. I went through a phase in my life like that and he told me very upfront & bluntly that he could not help me with these issues. I appreciated that much more than him randomly drugging me and wasting his time outside his field of expertise. He is a very valuable asset for people with ADD issues and I am exceedingly grateful for all the assistance he's given me throughout my adult life. Thank you, Tom.

Sure, this man know's is stuff, but think he could use a little head shrinking himself. Flies off the handle, and had the nerve to suggest that I was blaming him for my condition, when I was suicidal!! Slammed his hand down on his desk, last time I ever saw him. I have since heard from other Dr.'s that they agree, the man has his own issues! His wife should be the one treating patients. His actions could have lead to a very big law suit, I would have hurt myself if my mother wasn't there to help me!! Doc, put your ego aside, get your head out of you butt, and do your job. You are going to contribute to someone's demise!

I went to Dr. Fischer for years while he was practicing in Winnipeg. Tom was very caring and compassionate to your problems. I really miss him but I think it would be a bit of a long drive to Calgary. One of the Best and terribly missed back home in the Peg.
