Tired of being run around. Cancellations and rescheduling for surgery. It's been 8 months of this and not happy.

I asked for a doctor's note from him back in August for my academic petition because I'm getting bad headaches over the summers. It's October 15th and the deadline to submit this is the 17th. His secretary Kayla was unhelpful, rude, and ultimately unsympathetic to my deadlines and sense of urgency. Find somewhere else to go

Nice guy, talks a real good game, until you need him and then he disappears and hides under his its not my week to operate. Very little understanding of the outside world, he is what I would have expected a brain surgeon to be, fortunately we have since found a couple who are truly GREAT at their jobs,.

Dr. Hamilton did decompression surgery on me for Chiari Malformation. He is amazing, he helped me so much. I no longer have numbness in my hands and I can laugh again without being in pain. Dr. Hamilton saved my sanity and my way of life. His staff are so kind and helpful. I could call the office Anytime I had a question about my recovery.

After many doctors told me that I would never get better. He rolled his eyes and said they were wrong. Then fixed me.

Dr. Hamilton performed two surgeries for a tethered spinal cord on me, one when I was 14 and one in my early 20s. I rarely actually got to see him, usually having to speak to another doctor working with him, even for my 3 month follow up after surgery. He is a very knowledgeable doctor and I very much appreciate the surgeries he has done for me, but I wish I would have had more follow up and given a better explanation of what went on in my surgery since my followup was with a doctor who was not even present during it. My biggest complaint is that I was unable to do my one year follow up with him that I was told was necessary. I called his office over and over during their open hours and no one ever answered. I left multiple messages and was never given a call back. It has been a few years since then and I still experience complications and symptoms after my surgery that I wish I could have spoken to him about. His secretary must have decided for some reason that I was not worthy of the medical care I was supposed to receive and never called me back to schedule my appointment.
